况来看，那个确实是个好deal，本来我们已经十拿九稳的拿到offer了，被attorny这么
一说给放弃了。后来住进的新住户，都2年多了，从来都没有过水的问题。。。只是就
事论事，水在房检里面是大问题，出了问题很麻烦；但同时又有个出问题的概率问题，
市面上几乎所有的bank owned的房子都会附加水隐患由买家自负的条款，所以买家只能
根据房子的状况猜水患的可能性。。。根据以往打官司的麻烦程度，有些attorny宁可
不做这笔生意，也不愿染手这种房子，即使出问题的概率非常小。。。 |

I suggest you go to an attorny as soon as possible to file a case for persnol
injury. If you have the police report and it is the other party's fault, it is
a done deal. Any attorny will be very happy to handle your case. Some attorny
will suggest you to receive treatments at certain places because they "work
together" with some doctors.
Keep all the receipts!!!

理科 PhD, 没有 law school degree, 没考 bar, 也没 law 方面的经验。
找各个 firm, 有的把 opening 分类， law students, laterals,
professional staff, associates 等等之类。我知道 law students 里面
的 openings 就不用看了，还有什么 attorny 之类的我觉得也是要有学位
外加 bar 的。通常这种 technical specialist 都是归到哪一类里面的呢？
问题很 naive, 但是真的是看得一头雾水， 特别是 laterals， 是不是法律
上有特定的界定，和 attorny 类似，还是一个比较 flexible 的称呼呢？ |

型如阴道的Guanabara bay的入口。这个bay因为内宽外窄，而且长长的，被误认为是一
月河的入海口，里约由此得名。按风水说rio是阴阳调和，云雨的好地方。
由于是热带的缘故，人都穿的很少，所以很容易horny.下午我去了copacabana海滩，因

高院面前的将是一个难题，因为这次不能够像PROP8一样说原告没有STANDING，因为
ATTORNY GENERAL政府是原告。所以，必须做一个决定，到底是违宪还是不违宪。这很
有可能成为一个SWEEPING的决定从而影响所有各州的决定。
当然，这个上诉可能要到几年之后才可能有结果。

对我而言，我的经验就是fight speeding ticket不是去为自己辩护的（大部分没上过
庭的中国同学的误区），而是去attack警察的证词以及证据的。因为当你指出了警察
statement或affidavit中的问题，他的charge就会被质疑，那么prosecution lacks a
foundation。
首先，遇到speeding ticket，能fight尽量fight，因为这是moving infraction，是会
报到dol加入你的driving record，大部分情况下可能会影响你的保险，那就不是100来
刀的问题，而是将近几百刀甚至1000刀的了。而且如果你相信你确实没超速，或者说警
察夸大了，更要contested hearing了。
其次，首先联系prosecution agency 来request discovery，这个很重要，因为

我就着手和dealer交涉，他们这是violation of agreement.我都研究了大概步骤是先
我去交涉，争取最大discount,就是找辆更好的车以同样价位，如果不行mail一封书面
声明关于他们违约，之后再report the dealership to the dealer licensing
division in my state,再无结果就filled a complaint with the Virginia Attorny
General，然后再在律师陪同下前往dealer那继续交涉，交涉再不果就file a suit in
small claims court for all my expenses and time.这是大概思路，有结果会告诉

一个事故报告,还说他当天去过我家没找到人，只好给我留个条子。看来是有要报警的

The only problem is whether the employer is willing to take risk to hire
someone to do full time job on part time H1B.
This problem can be found through the pay check. On pay check, it will show
you work 30 hours at 22.00/hr. but actually you work 40 hours a week at 15.
00/hr.
Don't worry too much about the attorny side. |

我们刚买了房子， 就有online banker的打电话过来推荐refin. 说了一堆低率的话，
然后就开始问问ssn, LD晕乎乎的就开始报， 幸好我在跟前， 赶紧把电话掐了。
买卖双方在closing table上都很被动， 基本上是人人宰割。
所以找个信得过的broker和相应的escrow & attorny， 比计较利率的一两个点实在的
多。 而且现在利率可以从很多地方查询， local的broker能做到多少也能心理有数

True, bank does not care about the country business. But bank generally checks because they would be taken on a big risk should the county ever askes the owner to tear down the addition, especially if the addition is a part of the main house. The same reason the bank would require you to buy property insurance. They wanna to protect them from any element that could lower the value of their mortgage collateral.

I had gone thru this myself this year. My title company caught the issue and
escalated it to my attorny and the mortgage company (citi bank). The title
company pulled the county record against the appraisal report and found the
difference.
The extenion was done in 1973 (a family room and a deck), the owner had the
permit but didn't obtain the certification of completion after the project
