宜的，租出去的两个月还要用Rental Property的Insurance） 但我当时也没办法，
Seller已经接受了另一个价格比我们低的Offer进了Attorney Review， 我们花了好大
的劲才最后拿到了房子。
另外给你一个建议：Rent Back的条款最好不要写在original Offer上，另外写在一张
addendum上和offer 一起递上去。 贷款时不要让银行看到这张写有rent back的条款
，不然的话贷款时Underwriter 会给你找出非常多的麻烦。 |

loan agent说rent back超过一个月，银行贷款会很麻烦，就根本没在合同里面提，自
己私下里写了个rental agreement, 对方人很好，房子住得非常仔细，三个月的房租一
次付清，我也没有要押金，后来交接的时候她还留给我很多东西。但是也听说过rent
back有麻烦的，所以楼主还是自己判断，如果很喜欢的房子，小心一点，多留点押金，
我觉得也没必要因为这个放弃。 |
