新自由经济学的理论基石之一的transaction cost theory，还有agent theory也是基
于人性自私。

homebuyers are always paying a much high rate like 15%+ to compensate the
RISK. But lately 2005-2007 the bankers offer the subprime buyers MUCH lower
rate which did NOT compensate the RISK, because the Banker just want to
make the commision in originations + securitizations, NOT because they got
sued....

中午和几个前雷曼的banker吃饭，他们又在其他银行找到工作了。饭间说去年这时候以
为这个世界到了尽头，没想到情况turn around那么快，唾末飞溅的说现在的新工赚的
比以前还高20%，年底拿的会比07年还多。然后开始炫耀自己的3处房产，一个在佛罗里
达，一个在纽约，一个在法国南面，另一个banker有5处房产。
然后开始破口大骂教主，说一堆政府的房屋贷款refiance program全给中低收入的，他
们打电话去要refi 3处房产都被银行告知他们收入太高不可以refi。然后blah blah
blah的一堆大骂08是代表黑鬼抢钱的，他们的钱全交税给黑鬼去了。
其中一个说的开心，喝高了，从餐馆的waitress好看讲到马上要去开会的vegas的脱衣
舞club的女的如何hot，然后讲到上个礼拜陪客户吃晚饭然后被妓女勾搭的销魂经历。
