fuel consumption at low speed, this is because the battery powers the wheel
(instead of the ICE).
this is exactly true for plugin-hybrids (serial hybrid), battery electrics (
BEVs) and fuel-cells (which is essentially a BEV charged by hydrogen
reactions). the PHEVs/BEVs and fuel-cells should have even higher efficient
in low-speed driving because they have a much larger battery compared to the
prius.

是Harden, Howard, Jones, Parsons. 所以要比全队数据，把那4个人固定，再带入小
林和Bev来比也很正常。如果你想驳倒他，用替补的数据来说没用，那只能说明casspi
比jones更适合跟替补打。记住原文比的不是小林和bev谁厉害，而是谁和rest 4一起组
队打的更好。至于原因，可能小林和harden风格相克，也可能别的原因，但并不等于小
林作为pg比bev差。很可能换个体系，比如马刺的先发4人，小林就比bev更适合。

price matters the most. the depreciation for the 70-90 AER BEV is expected
to go up as the 100-250 BEVs gradually become available (especially the
Chevy Bolt). so as long as your purchase price keeps the the potential
depreciation into consideration, you should be fine.
on the battery lifespan, you should not expect any major problem for a 6-yr
old BEV. manufacturers often offer 8 year 100k mile warranty. From the
published data, the degradation is slower than what people thought.

瞎指挥让bev和parsons预先换防，结果parsons站位到防底线传插去，bev也脑袋短路从

。再算上state和sce rebate，最后一个月110+。
现在南加i3 BEV已经不多了，REX还剩不少。不过REX先天msrp高几千，最后月付会高一
些。基本上selling price都是先给10%-11%off，有个别aggressive的给15%以上。然后
能叠加的incentive有
1. 7500 rebate，也就是联邦退税直接减，大家都有
2. 2000 holiday incentive，大家都有
3. 2000 loyalty discount，两天前刚改了政策，如果你现在有跟BMWFS lease或
finance，并且是CA或OR居民，无论现有车型都可以减。几天前这项还只给原i3车主
4. 1000 test drive credit，前几个月南加不少dealership搞得活动，如果因此拿到
OL code，至少500的Corp credit可以用

Lease 30/10k, 0 drive off, monthly 205+tax，算上state和电力公司rebate以
后一个月大概110+
这个在另一个回帖里有提到，最近i3各种incentives力度比较大，估计前阵子stop
sale积压了库存，接下来2018 facelift的i3也已经投入生产就快运来，再加上honda
clarity上市抢市场，bmw不得不把i3 loyalty bonus的政策临时改成针对所有正在
lease或finance的bmw owners。我有辆x5还有三个月lease到期，正是lease return的
最佳时间点。肯给这个折扣的dealer那里只剩这最后一辆BEV了，可惜不是自己喜欢的
颜色，也没有20寸大轮子和tech pkg，不过这个价格作为两三年的上班通勤车已经很满
足了

车板也是从丰田福特之争进入世代之争，油车对电车。
就是想和大家讨论一下，到底是不是该all in tsla或者GM或者其他的时候到了。
到底还有多少年，美国或者中国的新车销售里面电车能超过油车。

小弟我比较保守，生活在寒冷的美东，自己有个PHEV，发现天气一冷，EV range直接缩
水30%。

所以我的推测是BEV的版图扩张有地域上的区别。
而且未来很多保守的人会至少保留一辆油车。 |

the main limitation for BEV is charging. if you can recharge as fast/
convenient as a PHEV, I don't mind driving a 150 AER BEV.
on the other hand, a 50 miles AER PHEV really means a pure battery car for
most people in most occasions (if you have to put a number, 98% of the trips
in the US are shorter than 50 miles). the extender permits quick refill and
enable the rest 2% of the trips.

保守党高层人士称， 这次新内阁任命的考虑重点，是保持现任政府执政的持续性与稳定性。他认为，这一届哈珀政府内阁，将大体维持上一届的格局，即在哈珀总理之下，费拉逖继续担任被视为总理副手的财政部长，国防部长仍为马逵，环境部长为肯特，其他大多数阁员留任。
由于多位原来的阁员退休，或者在大选中落选，哈珀还是有数个重要位置要填补，如外交部、国库局、政府间事务部、交通部、退伍军人事务部、体育部等。
原来担任保守党国会领袖的白谔德，有望在新内阁中更上层楼，担任外交部长;在大选中为保守党立下汗马功劳的移民部长的康尼，也可能出任更重要的新职。首次进入政坛的安省小儿科外科医生赖奇(Kellie Leitch)，则可能出任联邦卫生部长。

此高铁平均时速300公里，途径很多的大城市，根据媒体的报道官方选择毛主席生
日这一天作为处女航。
中国在五年前才刚开始建设高速铁路，可是自那时起三年时间中国就已经拥有了
