多年前，国内大学新年夜，看通宵电影，最后一部片名是美国西部七奇，忘了其它六奇

大峡谷。当时就怦然心动。
斗转星移。大概四个月前在坛子上发帖询问大峡谷的情况，大家踊跃回答，给了我许多

议。自己就想试一下R2R2R。七月开始每周走4－7个9公里,用时1个半小时。八月底走过
40公
里，用时7小时.Toronto附近都是平地，自己也没在意上下坡的训练，哪知道这就是给
自己酿下
的苦酒。（教训1：没有针对性的训练）因为考虑到自己以后要backpack，所以买了85
升的大背
包，加上45lb的负重，这使得我每次的上肩下肩都成为痛苦。我只买了一双hiking 鞋
，因为要
上下坡，所以应该买hiking boot。以为自己象dong大侠那么皮实。（教训2：没有针对

不到一年的时间里，中国高速传媒控股公司(CCME)在纳斯达克的股价图定格成一个
“M”，形似它的福建老板之前创立的洋快餐品牌“曼德夫”的Logo。
2011年5月19日，CCME公告宣布接到纳斯达克摘牌通知书，股票转至粉单市场恢复
交易。
此前两个月，CCME已被纳斯达克停牌。停牌的重要原因，是其拒绝配合审计机构德
勤审查其银行账户，导致德勤辞职，再连锁反应似的导致CFO、董事等先后辞职。那些
银行账户里究竟隐藏着什么，至今还是个秘密。
此后，粉单市场上的CCME，“M”的另一边还在继续下跌。
