等一起猛吸AIG 1500亿鲜血的过程。
AIG这个案子，集中体现了资本主义制度非常邪恶的一个方面。

Brief：
2008年Bail out 前夕， AIG担保的大量房屋贷款违约，
大量CDS， CDO违约，巨亏1800亿美元。 这时候的对手，
也就是AIG的债主是，高盛，梅林，德意志银行等一帮子人。
这个时候，除了bail out的方案，至少有另外两条路可以走：
1. Chapter 11破产保护
一旦进入这个程序，企业就暂时停止还债，进行清算，债务重组。
也就是和所有的大债主，bond holder等协商，让他们减免债务。
他们必须得减免，不减免的话，企业崩盘，就进行彻底清算，

And you磀 better bring a Chinese Kitchen Knife because Western Knives are
very incomfortable. Though some people are more happy with Western ones as
I know, a knife won磘 occupy much place in your luggage.
remember to pile the CDs together so that they will not be so conspicuous
in X-ray machine. Actually nobody will arrest you for CDs so bring as many
pirates as you can. You can sell them out for big prices:) |

着星期在俩店买了生蚝，双合0，75一只，个头小，龙星个头是前者的两倍，单位质量
价格差不多，回家打开了一看，双合的虽然壳小，里面很饱满，龙星的壳大，但是里面
的肉却和双合差不多，所以，推荐双合的。另外，最近的生蚝比较新鲜，前一段买到过

基本上来说，作者对于MBS等次级贷垮台的解释是"对复杂金融衍生物的风险估算不准,
对s（volatility）估计不准"和"杠杆太高"
但事实上人们对于volatitily的认识已近很成熟了，Brownian Motion更在很多年前就
是各种模型的基石，他认为市场对MBS的风险估算不足应该是不成立的
就MBS本身而言，subprime MBS本身就是风险很高的产品，直接参与的也就是一些投机
者和hedge fund，就算垮台了对市场也不会有很大的影响，你说要那些mutual fund或
penison fund去买这种垃圾等级的产品是不可能的，但是在这次subprime crisis中，
有一个东西让MBS之类的垃圾证券扩散到整个市场，那就是打包出售，也就是CDO
我会在下贴copy我blog上写的一篇关于CDO的文章，有时间可以慢慢看
另外，作者对CDS认识不足，CDS本身和这次危机的起因关系不太大，只是加剧了扩散的

第二步：信用加强，收交易费和贷款利息：如贷款给希腊政府完善账本。创造衍生产品
把债券做出上市股票，将股票做成债券等。
第三步：买空希腊，准备大攒一笔。注意，前边两步是没有实体经济支撑的，是无中生
有的骗术，既然是无中生有，迟早这些流通到市场上的金融衍生产品要大跌。买空准能
成功。很简单，上市时评级AAA，买空后把评级一降就套利。
第四步：保险。收一笔保险费。希腊心虚，这样的假帐金融杀手一攻击就跨了。华尔街
说，不要怕，我给你保险。
第五步：把保险作成CDS上市，赚一大笔CDS费。这个抢手好卖，国家主权信誉，AAA评
级，大赚。保险的风险给全球基金买去了，华尔街转手就把保险的包袱扔掉了。
第六步；降低希腊主权评级。本来就是假的吗，保险的责任也卖掉了，一降级，就把买
空套利做实了。
太多金融术语不好理解。通俗的说，就是黑帮收餐馆的保护费。收完保护费以后不但不

原来实验室就我和一个老美，上学期来了个小印度人，一肚子心眼。那个老美上学期出
车祸了，一直在住院，这个小印捡了便宜，老美的RA给了他，然后就是我一直带他，所
有的东西都是我手把手教，后来我慢慢发现他学会一样东西后，就再也不自己动手做了
，都等我来做，他像个大老爷一样，不是跟别的实验室的女生聊天就是上网看印度电影

Mozart(Virgin Classics, 4 CDS), which was only 18 dollars. I have bought many

电影剧情有三条支线，第一条线是一个有一只义眼的Asperger基金经理，第二条线是个
angry guy基金经理，第三条线是两个小年轻和他们的mentor，一个沉默的cynical的投
资老鸟。这几个哥们先后发现所有的大银行貌似都在犯傻，居然没有发现市值几千亿的
morgage bond market是个大泡沫。这可是赚钱良机呀。他们激动了，要去跟庄家对赌
，做空housing market。因为他们交的赌金很高，庄家同意了。等上了桌，哥几个都傻
眼了，牌是庄家的，荷官是庄家的，规则是庄家的，就连赌场巡逻抓作弊的警察都是庄
家一伙的--因为荷官工资高，警察都想当荷官，所以一点儿也不想得罪庄家。几个人输
呀输呀，差点裤子都要输掉了，终于熬到建在流沙上的赌场要垮掉了，他们赢钱了！他

写经典REVIEW 写得暴露了自己是老铁丝, 其实我不单是老铁丝, 还是老钙粉, 只是隐
藏的比较好, 精明如前版大贪贪也以为我是黑泥黑丐的C粉. 其实我不粉C啊.我用C因为
C是战斗机, 买C有DEAL, 倒倒还有小赚. 用不必粉, 粉不必用, 哈哈. 其实看过我的预
告贴, 细心的会注意到列出的牌子中, 没有那个C.
