上午戴着手套捂了小黑好久，他逐渐缓过来了，蹬腿抬头也有点力气了，还小声的叫了
几下，看样子生命力还挺顽强。喂了几滴水，感觉喉咙是动了，应该是咽下去了，下午
等我lg回来我们就去买点猫奶喂一下。
刚才看到猫妈妈出去遛弯，就去看其他小猫（戴手套碰的），有一只肚子鼓鼓，但另外
两只也是相对瘦小，看来还是奶水不够，而且看这几只小崽的pp附近都是很鼓的，Yobi
上次提到过，于是就用卫生纸轻轻按摩了一下，他们马上就尿了，有一个还bb了，有可
能猫妈妈不是很会照顾小猫。以后就只能每天来看看，帮他们排泄，或者看谁没吃上奶
就要加餐了。
大家推荐的急诊和shelter义工，我就怕小猫太小了，送过去他们也不能做太多的，顶
多就是临时喂点奶，还是要我带回来养，也不太可能一直放他们那里天天手工喂。我看
小黑状态恢复了一些了，就把他放回其他小猫中间挤着，回头看看猫妈妈是不是又开始

这些mutant蛋白需要正确folding的话需要chaperon来辅助。
例如，lots of cancers have kinase mutation or overexpression.
这些kinase需要hsp来辅助他们folding.
Neal Rosen同志一直在推Hsp90 inhibitor的clinical trial,
但目前为止没有很好地结果，(GARAMYCIN,17-AAG等一系列衍生物)
其实很多东西都能抑制Hsp90,植物及中药中的很多terpinoid家族化合物都可以。
中药不能乱吃啊~~刚刚三期被terminated kidney failure drug RTA402本身就是
Hsp90 inhibitor,虽然一二期骗了很多钱，但最终还是以失败而告终。
业界及学界都不看好Hsp90 inihibitors,原因主要有二：
一方面是由于是没有特异性，后期toxicity会很难办。

具体就是Precission protease digestion之前柱子先用含5mM ATP和5mM Mg2+以及10%
的glycerol的wash solution（其他盐的浓度不变）洗几个bed volume，incubate半小
时，然后就可以elute下来检测纯度，如果杂带大幅缩减了，就说明条件摸对了,以后依
法操作之后再in column digestion
至于切掉GST不稳定这个就没啥太多办法，过度表达的蛋白很多都是folding不好的
hydrophobic patch暴露很多要么aggregate，要不招来molecular chaperone
除非你费力去refolding，或者摸表达条件 |

我其实上周刚刚试了Takara家的一套5个chaperon plasmids
很可惜
因为用chaperon plasmid不能用codon plus或者rossetta strain
A蛋白完全没有表达
（WB探测不到；以前已经知道A有好几对tandem、甚至triple rare codon，需要codon
plus才能overexpression）
所以现在需要codon optimized ORF才行
还会继续试的
我想问问，如果说in vitro, low concentration试验的话
用什么手段检测/定性复合物呢

北卡罗来纳州厂商Britax Company回收的一批Chaperone品牌婴儿座椅﹐产品型号E9L69P2﹑E9O69P3和 E9L69P5。
婴儿座椅在中国制造﹐在2009年4月到2010年 5月期间生产。
在加拿大各地﹐零售商卖出的2350张需要回收。
卫生部指出﹐这种婴儿座椅有安全风险﹐系带的胸口扣可能破裂﹐破口锋利﹐可能割伤小孩。由于胸口扣面积小﹐幼儿容易误吞窒息。
婴儿汽车座椅制造商Britax在加拿大收到1宗投诉案﹐美国的投诉个案有4宗﹐投诉人指婴儿嘴里有汽车座椅胸前塑料扣碎片。
加拿大卫生部则表示﹐它没有收到相关产品意外或致伤报告。

入“监督人”制度是否能够落地开花？尊重医生的专业权威和保护患者人身安全是否水

格证件。他们分别是主检官的朋友或十几年未见“临时”请去帮忙的高中同学。

Collaboration Director Shep Doeleman of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for
