也是这次地震看得我哭几场，公司又没组织捐钱，我才一时发神经去买块日本表，平时
几乎不买日本东西的。上个周末还特意在PPS看了灾难片《日本沉没》，影片里印象最
深的一句话大意是：

得比较客气给我打电话同意换表了，只是我没接受。然后他没再联系我，大概算不理我
了。
我还把这事搞得很多其他国家的citizen公司也知道了。 Ireland的citizen总经理还给
我回了邮件，说我应该投诉citizen新加坡，而Ireland跟新加坡没有隶属关系。
Australia也回邮件说他们没有销售过这个model。citizen中国每次说把我的投诉转相
关新加坡相关负责人。只是citizen新加坡一直没有回应，算不理投诉这回事。Citizen
的确是一家不负责任的公司。
以前我在一公司处理售后投诉，迟二分钟给用户打电话就是一个承诺不兑现事件，事件
一天内可以升级到总公司最高执行者。哪像citizen这样，电话打了，人到公司投诉了

庭能处理得比较快，Citizen新加坡公司称不对专柜销售行为负责，感觉是citizen卖表
给专柜，专柜卖给用户，citizen的客户是专柜，专柜的客户是用户，然后citizen为了
让他的客户即专柜满意，负责帮citizen专柜的所有表做保修。好像还合理的，专柜与
专柜完全不一样，找错专柜是我的错……现在要去小额法庭了……这辈子第一次去法庭
就做当事人！
新加坡人告诉我，被骗买表，表当天就坏是我的运气；表坏了还不能换，是因为我从中
国来……我是被气着了，主要是好心情被破坏了，真是悲剧！

citizen，公民
non－chinese，非中国的
non－chinese citizen，搭载一起，含义不清。
这个non-chinese定语到底限制的是什么呢
至少可以有几个理解；
1. chinese理解成对citizen国籍的限制，那么就是 非中国公民，必须是外国公民，入
籍美国，加拿大，澳大利亚，菲律宾，马来西亚。。。等国的华人都适用。
2. chinese理解成对citizen民族的限制，那么就是非中国人公民，那么所有欧美裔，
非裔，拉丁裔。。。的中国公民都符合条件。
但是不管怎么解释，纯种的中国人，这里指百分百中国血统，持有中国国籍的人，肯定
是不在这个non chinese citizen之内的 |

Citizen表留给我的使用记录是：大约3～4年就不灵光了。虽然有5年质保，但是，从来
就没有享受过质保，因为无法保留购买收据。
但是，女性使用的Citizen手表似乎寿命要长久很多，至少有6～8年。我最后一块
Citizen手表，带永久日历功能和自动储能功能（在无光状态下停止走动，一遇光线，
则快速恢复到当前状态），也许正是这个自动储能功能，使得这块手表寿命极其短暂，
在陪我度过1年稍稍多一点的时光就夭折了，这也我告别Citizen转投精工了。 |

去小额法庭交了材料……给citizen日本售后写信了，浪费钱还有大把精力时间，大概
下周开庭。
想找个citizen总公司的投诉邮件都找不到，这是负责任的公司吗？昨天citizen新加坡
给我回了长长的邮件，完全不帮助解决问题。授权店欺骗，卖停了的旧表，citizen无
权对这个店采取什么行动帮助到顾客。大家为什么去授权店买表？等我闲下来，要找各
大手表论坛发布这个邮件了。
我以前在国内也做过几个月售后管理，有投诉肯定是要调查研究给客户一个说法，至少
客户不用到处投诉，内部就处理好了。
也收集了很多证据了。
或许感觉压力，昨天中午表店态度比较好了，打电话说我可以换表。我当初找他换的时

刚刚收到小额法庭的信了，这周五去法庭。
我现在已经不关心结果了。
只是小事一件，什么结果都没差，
旧表拿来当这个事件的纪念，从此有人见表我就可以狠批citizen；换块新表说不定我
也不喜欢新表的造型；退钱后我肯定不买citizen的表了。
只是想通过citizen公司和小额法庭施压，告诉这个店家，以后对旅客态度好点。不要
随便骗人，尤其是中国人！
citizen真的很烂，这种完全没有规范性的家族店也是授权店，授权店骗用户卖不能正
常工作的旧表还想撇开所有责任，称其不为授权店的任何行为负责。
这个店也是seiko授权店，不懂是不是所有日本公司都一个德性。 |

子的妈，感觉很痛心，也很生气。一气是三个20岁的年轻力壮的青年，都没能抵抗住一
个据说身高很不高，也瘦小，在高中被同学无数次bully的疯子，三个人都没有反抗的

per month，税以及所有的费用都包括，12k mile一年，36个月期限，觉得还是个ok的
deal，查了信用分数（因此还掉了5分），第一个月的365都付了，结果最后被告知因为
不是citizen所以银行不能给这个deal，另外最好的deal要extra 60+每月，在这家总共
大概待了4-5个小时，最后也只好walk away。后来去了附近的两家dealer，也没有人能
给第一个deal（但是比第一个+60要好）。
想请教下大家有没有碰到过类似情况，non citizen的这个问题应该不是dealer骗我 （
他也陪我忙了大半天），但是从来没有看到过其他朋友提到这个问题，因为是否
citizen的差别也太大了所以觉得很奇怪，不知道这是不是这一个dealer的特殊情况，
其他的车型会不会有类似的问题。另外请lease过这款车的朋友说说这个deal怎么样，

和银行的人不停的打电话给 Citizens Bank 要这个letter。昨天说昨天5点前能给，没
给。今天又说5点前能给，到现在还没收到。估计5点前又没戏。
没那么多时间等了，计划如果下周二还不能搞定，就不买了。

，有问是不是US citizen，当时犹豫了一下说不是，刚才收到email说悲剧了，因为不
是US citizen账户已被关。没看到版上有人提到要求US citizen的事啊，还是我给漏了

发帖数: 17 | 43 在新加坡二年多，我从来没进去过lucky plaze，也不喜欢那个乱七八糟感觉就是卖假
货的环境。为了买表进去，一则是同事推荐，再来也相信citizen的专柜，那个店的确
表的型号比较多，以为既然citizen授权，那么这个店设立在任何地方质量价格服务都
应该是有一定规范的。
是我把授权店的概念搞错了。以前在授权店买东西从来没有遇过这样的问题！
我只有信用卡付费凭证，那个黑店连收条都没给我，我也没留意就走了。还有表坏后还
回去要求那个店给开的服务单据。努力了半天，等了很久，citizen新加坡公司才给开
了一张证明这个表比生产超过10年的证明文件。
这个黑店甚至表盒也不愿意主动给，说旅客直接带着表上飞机，他大概也当我是旅客了
。原来长长长长的表带，他帮弄短一点，取下的那段也不给我截，我跟他讨回来说以后
换我妈妈带表可以还回去长一点，他也只给我了短短的二小片。我问怎么只有这么短，
那人还说就这么短。当时没在意。现在想，黑到家了！
希望大家可以继续帮忙提提意见了。
我就当走之前做件好事，好好打人生第一场官司，免得以后其他旅客在这个店继续受骗。

楼主花的钱多。我的citizen莫名其妙的走慢，走半个小时可以差十几分钟，拿去SIM
LIM对面的服务中心修了三次，最后换了表芯，过了半年老问题又犯了。可是人已经不
在新加坡了。反正以后看到有人要买citizen一定强烈阻止。 |

了citizen新加坡，日本，甚至官网上所有的售后……。想着他们帮我协调下，至少省
事很多嘛。
对了，我另外买了一块Tissot的自动机械表，不管质量还是品牌感觉上都比citizen好
太多了。价格也没贵多少。 |

第一次摸枪，（除了军训）
今天去枪店打了 9mm glock 17, tagrus 1911 的.45 和 AR-15，各打了50发，感觉很
爽。
出来问店小二，他们说store policy不允许给non-citizen，从来没有过。
郁闷。
求indiana 做外国人生意 transfer FFL 的gunshop。(non citizen, no GC)
另外还想拜个师傅，请大牛们成全。

发帖数: 247 | 47 我不是citizen,有绿卡，前些时候买了把手枪，今天想去附近一个靶场练练，结果店里
小二说只对citizen开放。这是联邦法规定的。我觉得是这个小二孤陋寡闻，肯定是对
noncitizen也可以的，我手头也没有什么凭证，就懒得和他争论。请问oregon 在salem
和eugene附近的靶场也只是对citizen才开放吗？我其他州的朋友不是公民，也都可以
去当地靶场练枪。所以这肯定不是什么联邦法规定的。

戒市民使用逮捕權的前提和使用後可能出現的潛在結果，並建議市民，雖然公民有權逮
捕嫌犯，但是由於此行動涉及很多複雜因素，如果不小心可能會違法，導致抓人者被民
事或刑事訴訟，所以遇到犯罪案件最好的處理辦法是報警。
司法部稱，市民在實行「公民逮捕權」時，需要參考「公民拘捕法」(Citizen's
Arrest Laws)並考慮到以下幾點：該狀況警察介入是否可行？如果是，那麼應該立即通
知警察，而非採取個人行動來阻止活動進行；如果採取公民逮捕權的話，身邊的人是否
會因此受傷？而且嫌犯，如小偷，是否只是一個人？他的身上會不會有武器，會傷到人
？當你逮捕小偷後，是否可以作到在第一時間內將其送往警局？ 你是否對小偷的盜竊
行為有足夠的證據？
市民如果決定使用公民逮捕權，那麼需要遵照以下做法：明確的告訴小偷，你正在執行
