身份联合报税。
由于之前不知道每年向每人转帐不能超过130k的限额，本人向国内汇款250k到妈妈的帐
上，其实钱还是自己的，只不过妈妈代收。现在突然发现，银行会像IRS上报这笔汇款
，也就是说，超过130k的部分，我得交税了！！！

they apply for US passports. I heard that they can choose not to have US
citizenship when they are 18.
If you don't have green cards, your child can apply for the travel document

born USC as well. (John MaCann can run for president based on this)
You are USC through automatic citizenship when your parent naturalized,
which is different to the example. But whatever, use passport now, MSC(NBC)
will send you an RFE asking for citizenship certificate, and you can apply
for one then and reply RFE with the receipt. |

of citizenship, country of nationality, 出生国没什么疑问, country of
citizenship 应该是国籍所在国,country of nationality我想也是国籍所在国.我还在
网上查citizenship和nationality有没有区别,发现有说nationality更侧重血缘关系的
渊源地,就发晕了.刚刚看了护照,护照上用了nationality做为国籍.不知道USCIS本意制

了。。本来就该这样，PR转citizen要求那么严格干吗，PR的要求严格些就行了，AUS这
边又不像NZ，很多人转了身份就都跑AUS了。。另外，4年好像不是一定要至少是临居了
，只是lawful residence，学生签证旅游签证不都是吗？不过，对老PR来说不生效。。
