发帖数: 73 | 8 网上查了一下让mil-spec ar15 变成NY compliant 的一些方法，总的来说就两点，要
么变成不再是semiauto，要么变成不能accept removable magzine：
1. Tier5 MBC：semiauto变manual
2. Armaglock/patriot magzine release：要把upper和lower分开才能release
magzine
3. Towle fixed magazine system：去掉magzine release button的功能，要unscrew
才能把magzine拆下来
但是看了一些网上的评论，有人说这些都没有被官方承认；要人说这些都不是
permenant modification，不能算；有人说这个要等到第一个官司出现之后才能知道官
方的态度。不知道纽约的同志们都是什么意见，或者你们都是怎么做的。多谢！ |

好处是：
Obamacare的罚款也没有很多。罚完之后并没有比这个方法罚的更多。

Obamacare的本质就是剥削您这样的中产自由职业者（要买一份保险再交一份罚款！）
，雇主和雇员全体来满足1000万的票蛆们。
今年之后，这个龌龊的市场就不复存在了。
我是因为作为雇主付保险越来越贵（现在一年要$17,000一个人）才曾经研究过一下是
否可以把人推向individual market，后来发现了原来保险还有obamacare compliant和
不compliant一说，而且发现了楼上说的问题，就此作罢。
买了保险还得交罚款，要么就买一点也没有用的保险。这就是ObamaCare的致命问题！

分享，敬告大家珍惜生命，远离BOA。
房子是3月份看中下的offer，因为是boa的foreclosure，出售方要求boa的pre-approve
。我们很快就得到boa的pre-approve。别人都要两三天，他们几分钟就搞定。同时看到
利率也相当好，3.5%。于是就顺理成章选了boa的房贷买boa的房子。没想到噩梦就开始
了。
大约是03/10左右下的offer，13号就counter offer。我们看价格已经很低，而且孩子
快要出生了，不想再磨蹭，就爽快答应，价格是$67,900。几天后签了约交了订金，同
时去办loan。没想到一个星期渺无音讯，然后listing agent那边居然打电话来说搞错
了。BOA的实际想的出售价价格是$67,950，不是$67,900，我们签错约。这下可麻烦了
，要么我们接受这$50的差价，要么重新等他们把房子放回到market我们再下offer，要
差不多两个月。这哪里伤的起，赶紧答应$50的差价重新签约。

要严格，管理要松一些的 - 我说管制严，管理松 - 因为美国不要license, 但是用一
些莫明其妙的限制管制了硬件。

我们发给他一封邮件，问他接不接受500块（其实根本不值得这个数），周六之前不回

大家对油的诟病多来自于此。美国为了节省对原油的依赖，对加了ethanol的油有政策
优惠，并且鼓励车厂为此改进设计，以后成为业界标准很有可能。但在美国以外的地方
，10% ethanol几乎是不可能的，因为没有哪个国家有像美国这么多的玉米地可生产
ethanol。。。
我的两辆车都是美国车，2006年和2012年的，油箱上都有10% ethanol compliant的字
