幼儿开枪的案例，只有con.1(decocked),con.0才可能，绝大部分都是con.0，而不是
con.1。con.1(decocked)扳机力10磅，比con.0的安全等级要高很多。——让一个幼儿
拿到con.0的枪，只能说这个家庭的枪支安全有serious problems，
everything went wrong，比如这次的倒霉警察。 这种情况，在为人谨慎的华人家庭几
乎不可能出现的。
少年偷拿枪出来玩的案例，有很多，con.0到con.5都有。但这个也和ＣＣＷ无关，和枪
支的安全储存有关。如果觉得“预计”到小孩会摸到枪，所以降到con.3状态更安全，
那么其实降到con.5也没有用。关键是根本不能让小孩摸到枪，然后大人任何时候拿起
枪要做安全检查。 |

B)"知道"自己的枪处于con.3，却要按照con.0的情况来安全操作，比"知道"自己的枪处
于con.1, 要按照con.0来操作，需要更多的注意力和自控能力。--而人普遍具有的惰性
和情绪弱点决定了注意力和自控能力都是有限的。越是在低风险的环境中，越是难以坚
持100%的安全标准。--问问自己在con.3状态清枪或者con.1状态清枪时的注意力集中程
度一样吗?
C) with that said, 假设在漫长的CCW年月里出现意外情况，有人碰过枪，枪膛中可能
有一发子弹，carry/pick up的人并不知道，用哪个策略更安全? 按照你的策略，这个

法，keep-alive好像是默认的。有人说要从tcp socket开始自己写http协议。不知道有

碰到，哪个更容易走火。这个问题不需要回答。但是这种情况con.1携带不会出现。如
果是con.1携带，回家之后枪离开枪套，立刻就要清枪，枪弹分离，回到con.5状态妥善
保存。不会出现上文的“枪在con.1状态被小孩碰到”的问题。反而是con.3携带容易懈
怠，回家后仍然以con.3状态保存，从而出现楼主所说的危险。 |
