实验室需要做Northern，但之前没人做过。现在有500-1000bp的被Digoxigenin标记的
Anti-sense RNA探针。有Li-cor Odyssey的远红外检测的仪器。现在想找合适的试剂设
计一下怎么做，和大家讨论讨论。
方案1. 看了一下Roche的那个DIG NORTHERN STARTER KIT，最后用的是anti-
digoxigenin-AP。查了一下Odyssey的Fluorescent Reagent Compatibility，Odyssey
能检测NBT/BCIP，但是可能不能定量。
方案2. 抗体直接找一个Anti--digoxigenin-X，X能被Odyssey检测，比如IRdye，Alexa
680什么的。
方案3. 先找个一抗比如mouse/rabbit anti-Digoxigenin，然后用已有的二抗anti-
mouse/rabbit-IRdye680/800CW来检测，有点像Western blot。

SADDAVE是COR的死党，他写过一个老柯的爱与情，是以COR为主角的。要挖隐私的去看那
个小说吧。：) 小李脾气很豪爽，喜欢大碗喝酒大块吃肉，还喜欢在LOVE贴歌词，情呀爱
呀，仇呀恨呀。*_^ 小李喜欢看我的“小Q”系列，这让我私心里很骄傲得意。所以后来
他一提要和我交个朋友，我立刻满口应允。再说了，他是COR的朋友嘛，那就和COR一样的
，是我的朋友。
MRDI是不知从哪儿突然冒出来的，他显得象个新
警察的样子，可是查他记录，发文5000多篇，我来买卖提五年都才只有不到2000篇，所以
我又很怀疑他是装的。：) 我甚至还以为他是COR的马甲。因为他俩文字风格比较象，当
然后来写多了，还是能看出差别来。MRDI很热情，但又很害羞。我和P哥，IZU，WARREN，
COR夜谈的时候，他常常在一边听着，又显得很想和我们接近的样子。我去和他攀谈，他
却又躲开，我放弃的时候，他又跑回来。。。总之，他让我想起一头鹿，走近来又逃开去
，走近来又逃开去。。。。
还有RAISON，也是这样的。有时候很友善，极力和我们攀谈，有时候又故意疏远。RAISON |

好高中: 老中使用的标准. 看毕业生的结果:
y1 毕业生去藤校的人数 or 其他顶尖学校
y2 semifinalists 人数,
y3 College-Ready Students(12年级生,通过至少一次AP考试的学生)人数.

PCA。问题是，我用princomp(data, cor=TRUE)$score得到的principal component和自
己算的差的有点远。不知道哪里错了？附件是data
我自己是这样算的：
data是1256 x 8的matrix，一行是一个observation。用eigen()函数算data的
correlation matrix的单位化正交特征向量，每一列是一个特征向量,按特征值大小排
好序。最后用data * eigen，理论上也应该是component。

概念，结果纠结了。。。
我simulate了三个variable: outcome, var1, var2。其中outcome是binary; var1 有
三个category 1/2/3; var2 continuous。三者之间都有correlation，我的目的是show
var2对var1和outcome之间association的confounding
