Just check frame and alignment. If no frame damage, don't repair it, just
drive as is. To be frank, new drivers tend to have more accidents and you
just don't want to fix cosmetic damages too many times. |

说的螺纹是指cosmetic thread，主要考察应试者是不是能区别公制和英制螺纹，螺纹

seller一般不答应这些要求。
我们的也是有些油漆（门框，roof trim等木头上的）脱落需要重新刷，据说刷房顶屋
檐的还挺贵，$1,500以上。我们根本都没提，因为我们agent说这些是cosmetic问题，
seller不会弄的，我们就信他了（觉得自己太傻了，bs一下）。

地方比较远，现在有个85年的房子看着还比较满意，主要是喜欢那里的环境，不过那个
房子在市场上已经大半年了，LISTING PRICE是41万，ZILLOW估计31万5千，还没卖掉，
有过2次PENDING SALE，OPEN HOUSE的时候问过LIST AGENT，第一次因为APPRAISAL
VALUE太低，35万，没成，第二个买主是INSPECTION后提出让房东花很多钱修，比如换
窗户等等，合同又取消了。现在我们和自己的AGENT说，先出34万，结果AGENT回复如下：
