vast, consisting of thousands of servers. One of these was an old prototype
machine, which was the target of the breach.
The machine had been running since before 2012, and was not in active use.

&& 关于理工科转行专利法
1. 关于转行
首先插一点我对所谓“转行”的想法。转行是一个很大的决定，所以最好不要轻率的做
决定，要有理由justify自己的决定，只有这样的决定才能够以后不后悔，也能在遇到
困难的时候撑下去。转行不要看人家转，你也转，你转了也不知道为什么转。同时，最
好不要只为了“钱”途转行，做不喜欢做的事情，拿再高工资也会失落的。记住一句话
，DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY。
其实理工科背景去做法律，严格讲也不能叫转行，因为美国学法律的本科也是学什么都
有的。尤其是专利法，本身就要求技术背景加法律背景，所以理工科的背景仍然是有用
的，都不能说叫转。只不过做法律，对于大多数中国的理工科学生来说，不是一个

stuff is in Asia where ppl think it's so hard to get any credentials for
whatever reason.....), but not in the states, imo. Look at those ppl working
at your local banks who have CFP credential and see what they did before
and where they went to school...it should be obvious. Of course, there are
always exceptions and whether it's useful or not depends on what you want to
do. What are you looking for? |

a license. After you pass cbest( california basic educational standard test?),
and if you are hired, you will get an emergency credential through the school
district. you need to take 45 units of educational course + student teaching
in college to get a teaching credential.
I really envy you because you are in ohio. I rather take the tests. Please
share more information on the "universal certificate" ....

1.超烂的学校，被国内人说的野鸡大学（脸红一下）。但是这个program可以同时拿
Master学位和teaching credential。大概一年半，现在就怕这个学校读出来以后找不
到工作，学校真是不好。
2. 一般的学校（州立大学），但怎么说也是个正规大学吧。两年，但是他们只有
teaching credential, 没有学位。这样没有master学位，以后H1B该怎么申请呢（我有
国内的硕士学位，但是和教育八竿子打不着）？郁闷。
真的不知道该怎么办了，版上的前辈给我提提意见吧， |

发帖数: 121 | 26 国内有教师资格证的话可以直接去申请对应的credential，国内的成绩单要到指定机构
做个evaluation。如果条件不符（比如cbest）就会给你个preliminary teaching
credential，你需要5年之内完成缺的东西，基本上就是cbest，cset，宪法，btsa什么
的，这些都会写在给你的preliminary那张纸上。有了这个preliminary和cbest，很多
工作就都可以申请了。另外所有的表格和要求都可以在http://www.ctc.ca.gov/找到。

我目前还没有转成功，只是和本校教育系老师联系说先选他们的课，下学期转也可以。
如果重新申请一个学校，我现在只能退学回国重新申请啊，这样岂不是更折腾呢？我们
学校没有那种master和credential结合的那种学位，读完master以后还得再花一年时间
读credential的课程才能拿资格证。我选择TESOL倒也不是说多么感兴趣，因为实在不
知道选什么，这个还比较和我本科对口。还有一个学位是教育系的MASTER，MA Degree

school对国外本科是要求必须通过Credential Assembly Service 做评估的。
另外，亲身经历告诉你，由于评分系统差异，如果成绩单原件上没有算GPA，
Credential Assembly Service 也是不给算GPA的。Evaluate 之后会有个superior，
above average，average之类的评级，没有具体GPA数字的。
所中国的本科成绩在申请过程中有多大比重很难说哦。如果phd的GPA不错，也许有个参
考作用。 |
