我的后花园，我的gym，我的心灵港湾。每次爬完，不仅仅是身体得到锻炼，整个心也
得到了梳理，宁静了很多。我曾经想过，如果我死了，我也会要求把骨灰撒在这个山顶
上。每天看着日升日落，看着湾区的万家灯火，我想只有这样，我才得以永久安息。

每天走在Mission Peak Trail的人很多，大多数人都是为了锻炼身体，也有不少游客。
每天都有一群的附近中学的学生大呼小叫的簇拥着上到山顶，就是为了拍张在山顶金属
杆子上展翅飞翔的照片。也有一些常客，固定的时间来，固定的时间走。默默的跑步上
山，然后再跑步下山。在周末的清晨或者傍晚，满山的登山客像赶集一样，去到山顶去
看那每日不同但每次都让人感动的风景。那时段，整个trail上人头攒动，山脚下的路
边停满了车。来晚了，你只能停到很远的地方，增加不少的距离和爬升。
湾区的人们就是这么喜欢这个trail, 这个山。可惜，70%以上的登山客不是老中，就算

发帖数: 5892 | 31 近几年来在多伦多发生的涉及华人的凶杀案在华人社区引起很大反响，象田园案，目前尚未破案，警方已经悬赏5万征求线索;还有最近的柳乾案，警方虽然已经拘捕疑犯，但目前还没有尸检结果，这给该案的前景蒙上了一层阴影。在网上有很多关于这些案件的议论，有不少人抨击加拿大高薪警察的无能，只会开交通罚单，一旦遇到真正的恶性案件就束手无策了。相比之下，中国警察在很多领导指示限期破案的恶性案件中表现很好，往往在很短的时间内就能抓获疑犯，这些战绩的确让加拿大警察汗颜。
下面我根据我掌握的信息把加拿大警察和中国警察做一个对比。如果把警察比做猫，罪犯比作老鼠的话，中国版的猫和老鼠与加拿大版的猫和老鼠差别是很大的。中国有个名人说了一句名言：不管黑猫白猫，捉住老鼠就是好猫。这句名言很能体现中国版猫和老鼠的关系，只要中国老鼠被中国猫捉住，那就基本上是在劫难逃了。加拿大版的猫和老鼠是这样的：不管黑猫白猫，只有严格按照法律程序捉住的老鼠，才有可能在法庭上判定是老鼠。在法庭审判过程中，真正受审的是猫捉老鼠的过程，而老鼠只是陪审而已，老鼠的辩护律师的主要精力不是放在他所代表的老鼠是不是老鼠，是不是真正干了坏事的问题上，而是用显微... 阅读全帖 |
