的必要条件应该是能提供崭新的大宗物品和合法的纽带（可能还有善意）。这样的发货
人可以是：某个大款，某家商店/warehouse，或某个慈善机构（Charity）。慈善机构

日本给大炮投了几个小注，看看没啥戏才没下大注。
好比startup拉funding，VC投了几回发现 Executive team毫无执行力，不deliver，当
然那没兴趣继续投下去了。
