合资的两个项目刚被暂停了，每个都是10B级别的。
在各大工程公司的内线战报都是砍OT，现在基本没有OT了。雇佣市场最近很冷清。
我负责的这个油砂项目的业主已经延期申请 permit，就是动工推迟了
虽然engineering deliverables 照常进行。
似乎市场在等待，所以不建议买小能源公司股票。 |

你的supervisor写的代码，性质上是在帮助你完成你的工作。但是他并没有完全接手你
的那部分工作。所以，质量控制仍然是你的责任。即便你再信任你的上司，保证你的
deliverable没有质量问题仍然是你必须做的份内责任。
你的上司有很多其他责任，他不可能在你用了他的代码之后，再花时间去调试测试。那
些是你的工作。
归根结底，他没有推卸责任。问题确实出在你没有做足本职工作。
的，里面每个variable的物理意义，我都向supervisor问几次弄明白，但是我保证有可
能到目前为止我还有变量不是完全明白。consulting的工作，到底是否需要我去弄明白
每一个小细节？是否有这么多钱？
doublecheck，因为怕出错。算法中的一个section，我写好的code完全是对的，后来因
为其他variable出现问题，所以这部分code supervisor就亲自来写了。于是，我舍弃
了我的code，用了他的code。测试的时候只对一行数据test了，大家结果一致。我变没

博士毕业后在米帝的大公司打工近2个月，感触颇多（可能公司和学校氛围差别太大）
，分享一下，并请在公司里面的高人指点一下，言辞犀利一点没有关系。
1、 感觉大公司politics比国企还厉害，各色人种都不是省油的，对上面溜须拍马
非常露骨，而且人家英语好，文化背景接近，相比较之下观察到老中们显得木纳不合群
，混得出来的很少。
2、 原以为在公司作研发和做千老一样，整天泡实验室动手做实验，查资料、写报
告、发专利（类似发paper流程）。结果发现：研发混得好的都是大忽悠（褒义词），
极少自己动手做实验，到处leverage别人的资源，自己整天搞项目管理，做PPT；新产
品还没影子，5年后的计划、roadmap都做到炫目，具体到每个季度都有所谓

发帖数: 8706 | 28 公司的小印，最近在自己负责的一个小项目上玩乾坤大挪移，我觉得这个技巧不错，可
以和大家分享。
小印这个小项目其实不复杂，但是他自己的技术底子不是很好，但是我觉得他采用的策
略很好：先是把engineering所有的工程师都问个遍，把A的idea拿来，说成是自己的给
B听，再把B的idea说给C听，然后所有的credit都是他的了。
好处1：这在PM里面其实是有讲法的，叫Delphi法，是群体分析策略，可以解决问题。小
印的这个小伎俩还可以让他自己拿到（claim）所有的credit.因为对其他工程师来说，
都根本不是他们的project, 是extra work.
好处2：有了visibility, 大家都知道他在做什么项目，manager一看，哎呀，看样子解
决方案有进展啊！
但也不是没有副作用：
坏处1：美国银也不是傻子。credit被抢的，心眼小的，将来都可能会踩小印一脚。还有
我这样的给他指条歪路下个陷阱的，也不是没有。。。
坏处2：idea本身不值钱，还是要能出结果，要出一些deliverable才行（至少是可以吹

业工资工作地点都是我喜欢的，hr通知要我两个周之后去上班。当时就和hr说了，希望
多给点时间。可是新公司催的很急，最终答应三个周之后去上班。接着就和现在公司的
老板谈了，他脸色马上变了，让我尽快完成手头上的东西。 偏巧我们现在是淡季，我
估计了一下手头上的东西一个星期就能做完。于是给他写了邮件，list我现在做的东西
和deliverable dates，然后他就避而不见我。两天以后，给我写了一封邮件，大意是
说我已经make commitment到年底了，所以他不能让我这么早走，他现在要去雇人，还
要培训之类的，他建议要我呆到5月30号。 我觉得新公司不可能给我这么久的时间，再
者，自从我说要走了，气氛马上就变得特别压抑，估计我要待到五月底，就得神经衰弱
了。

我们最近聊过很多关于内推的问题，导致很多会员有了依赖性，在次我再次ｐｏｓｔ出
来上次讨论的内容分享给大家：
1. 有明确的目标，自己没有目标，只会辛苦到帮你忙的在职朋友。没有人愿意当你的
爹妈，要自己知道自己做什么，目标明确。任何把resume直接丢给人，让别人帮你
figure out的行为都是不靠谱的。我相信各位在职的朋友也不愿意把一个不知道自己打
算干什么的人引荐到公司。
2. 做功课，查询公司网站，了解职位，确定最起码的1-3个职位，再有的放矢。包括了
解公司是否可以offer H1B等等，把自己的东西整理好，resume写的像回事。不然帮你
递交resume的前辈们会很面子。
3. 自己要靠谱，骑驴看马的嘛，你如果找同胞内推，结果自己被选中几星期就走人到
更好的地方，其实是个很坑爹的行为，严重鄙视不靠谱。一下次推你的人就没有了ｃｒ

处于哪一个优先类别, 通通一律不用排期等待, 从7/1/07起可以递交 I-485表。对于在
漫长绿卡办理进程中的人们来说，这无疑是好像大赦一样的好消息，因为一般人都要等
个三五年以上的。递交I-485表是绿卡办理进程中的最后一关，虽然递交后也不知道什
么时候才能拿到绿卡， 但最重要的好处是可以同时办理“回美证”，也就是出入美国
国境无须签证了，那么许许多多在美国煎熬许多年不得回国与亲人见面的人们终于可以
一偿心愿了。
顿时全美上下所有等待职业移民绿卡的人们都沸腾了，大家都怕过了这村没这店，都在
积极筹备着七月I-485文件递交。全美国的移民律师都进入客户高峰期，律师费用更是
水涨船高，同时移民体检的医生也忙得不可开交，周末的预约都排到门口，赚到盘满钵
满。大部分人都准备在7月的第一天把文件递交上去，越快越好，而FEDEX，UPS等快递
公司的生意也大长。据粗略估计，大概有20万份I-485准备在七月递交。

我们的部门负责人杰瑞出身于 J. Aron，根正苗红，是晋升合伙人的热门。 这“合伙
人”是高盛特有的一个级别，地位在董事总经理之上。 早期的华尔街投行基本上都是
合伙制度，资本由合伙人拼凑，提升到合伙人的员工就要贡献资本，同时也参与分红。
实行合伙制度的投行风险意识都很强，行事谨慎，因为毕竟资本是合伙人自己的。八
十年代后，由于交易规模扩大，以及新产品不断出现，投行业的资本用量越来越大，各
投资银行不得不纷纷放弃资本来源有限的合伙制度：有的与商业银行合并“傍了大款”
