have been interviewed many times. Very few times job description have 80%+
match with actual position. Most time job description is written by HM/HR.
From HR, do not expect too much. Years ago while saw the description of a
opening in my team, I told my workers if that's the standard, all of us

发帖数: 947 | 38 在我们申请LC当中，我想除了申请人的资格与工作状况(职称，薪水与公司地点) ，很重
要的是对于申请人的工作内容与要求的文字运用与安排。
例如说Job Description 写的如何，如果写的不好, 可以把薪水从应该是Level 2变成
Level 4，也有可能本来应是Level 4变成Level 2。可能会变成法律所不允许的too
restrictive。也有可能又会变成太空泛，因此无法拒绝来申请工作的美国人。从目前
PERM的型式来说，因为DOL以电脑来审批案件，所以Job Description若是写的空泛了一点
，恐怕电脑不如人脑可以分辨出来，所以DOL不会在此挑剔。但是一旦出了问题，恐怕这
就是很难再起死回生的。所以我们都是要求把Job Description写的“short and precise
” 。我们必需做到万无一失，也就是说让DOL无法挑剔，即便挑剔也可以轻易回答。怎么
要安排Job description及 Requirements是很重要的文字游戏。怎么样让DOL看的似懂非
懂，而且有无从挑剔。我有的时候会建议客人在申请PWR时，为了拿到最好的结果，不妨
试一 |

Buyer comments: I had put Canon rebel t2i in the description box, this
camera came up as a option so I was not aware that is was not that model.
我看了半天才明白他的意思是本来想买t2i，在amazon上搜t2i，然后xsi出现在搜索
结果里，然后他买错了。可是这个return reason太离谱了，我的相机是列在xsi下卖
的，他place order的时候和我confirm shipment的时候amazon给他的email里清清
