满了人，每个人面前都是一大盘dessert，记得有大蛋糕什么的，反正第一感觉就是香
气和一大坨卡路里扑面而来。。。不过想了想忍住没吃，绕到后面的桌子找我朋友，她
还在准备其它dessert，只见她让另一个人把一盆红薯类的dessert搬上去，我想了想，
这个应该可以吃，于是就想冲过去吃。。。
然后就醒了。。。555。。。醒了以后就开始后悔，早知道是梦，我就应该抱着那一堆
甜点狂吃一顿！
好久没有做吃东西的梦了，看样子真是饿了。以前晚上饿的时候曾经做过类似的梦，比
如在食堂等着盛饭，每个窗口都是轮到我的时候就没饭了，最后好不容易盛到，刚准备
吃就醒了，气死我了！

I don't know if coupon codes are unique, I don't think so.

一直在研究non-guilty的零食或是正餐，这里开发了几个营养比较全面，又低脂的零食
或是正餐。本人试吃了几个月，还没吃烦，而且发胖的风险不高。就是制作起来有点花
时间。给大家参考吧：
根据图片顺序：
1.海苔卷----配料-----虾，海参，香菇，胡萝卜，甘蓝，菠菜，枸杞子，海带，豆芽
，木
耳，黑白芝麻亚麻子----所有的配料煮熟切丁，混合均匀后用整张的海苔卷起来，就齐
活了。
注：如果觉得味道太清淡，可以再混合配料的时候放点盐。可作为早餐，加餐，或正餐

香辣鱼头棒冰
主料：胖头鱼头一个，冰糖一堆，纯净水一锅
辅料：特制湖南剁椒适量，苦瓜、葱、蒜若干，番茄酱一瓶
调料：姜、盐、花椒、八角、酱油、醋、料酒少许
1。将鱼头洗净、去鳃、去鳞，加调料及少量水浸泡一小时左右
2。将鱼头剁碎，苦瓜去瓤、切片，葱切段，蒜切丁
3。水烧开后将所有主料、辅料、调料放入，搅拌均匀
4。大火煮二十四分钟，换文火烹一小时二十七分钟十五秒
5。熄火，晾凉后分装冰盒，放入冰柜冷冻四至五小时后即可食用
特色：芳香可口，五味俱全，清热去暑；一日三次，每次一支，有减肥奇效 |

desert wine has always been a bit too sweet for me.
but if you like fruity sweet wine, I would highly recommand ice wine from
canada. it tastes wonderful by itself or with cheese or chocolate. :)
