。这一期的Cell上有Akiko Iwasaki写的一篇prereview,记得这个版面有人评论过这个
日本mm是否美女来着,显然她的研究领域已经不仅仅是mucousal immunity了,应该还

最近开始culture PBMC differentiated macrophages, 第一天用deads 分离出来的时
候cell还挺好的,都贴墅生长了,可是第二天一看很多cell凑成团,还有将近一半的cell
悬浮了.所以上来问问各位牛人,这种现象正常吗?还是我的操作有什么问题.谢谢!

+ monocytes for macrophage differentiation. Otherwise, it's not suprising to

快要从现在的lab滚蛋了,手里有一篇cancer相关的小文章,
和老板一致决定不折腾了,找个快点的杂志投掉算了。
我们本身也不是做cancer的,所以对cancer领域的杂志也不是很熟悉,
不知道上面这三个杂志的review折腾程度和速度怎么样?
要是都麻烦的话就直接JBC了。。。
特别是Cell Death & Differentiation,
好像都说他们家审稿还蛮痛快的,IF竟然还颇高,
但我之前没怎么听过这个杂志啊,名声怎么样?

请问一下,
1、许多神经细胞,甚至连SH5-SY5Y这样的neuroblastma,都需要
differentiation 之后 才能进行下一步实验(比如RNAi, Cell-based assays, etc)?
2、对于神经细胞,在什么样的情况下,才需要先分化,才能接着做下游实验?

用运放作了个Differential Amplifier,但接上电源后在没有任何输入的情况下,
Output在示波器上显示上百KHz的正弦波或方波(有外接到运放上的电阻决定,随电阻
增大,又正弦波变成方波)。那位仁兄能说说这是怎么回事。先谢谢了。

后来问了教授~教授说其实就是等于differential pair 的输入电阻Rid作为feedback
链接的input stage effective impedance~~其实Q2也就是vi gound 后的Q1 base的
effective impedance~

Let f(t) be a function and let F(w) denote its Fourier Transform (FT). Is
it possible for |w||F(w)| to be integrable yet f(t) is not differentiable?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm a beginner trying to learn something
about Fourier Transforms.

then f(t) must be differentiable,by sobolev imbedding thm
otherwise it need further investigation though i intend to say no.
in any case it's not trival, not a stupid question;)

(1) Yes, the function that I have in mind is one-dimensional: f(t) is a
mapping from the R to C.
(2) I'm not familiar with anything Sobolev... I did some web search but couldn't understand many of the theorem statements. I will try to look at some textbooks. I did manage to find this related statement:
If |w|^s |F(w)| is in L2 and s > n + 1/2 then f(t) is n times continuously
differentiable.
How do I prove this statement? In terms of my original question, s=

我前面的忽略了太多的细节。你可以这样证明。
现在已经知道f是F的FT。把f写成积分的形式。
然后求(f(x+h)-f(x))/h当h->0时候的极限。利用控制收敛定理。
当然,如果钻牛角尖的话,你可以改动f在几个点的取值,使得f不连续,但FT不变。

also known as identity of lagrange.
How to use the above formula to prove (axb)xc = (a.c)b - (b.c)a (2)?
I know how to prove (2) with kronecker's identities. But what's the
connection between (1) and (2)?
I don't get this from p.14 in 'Differential Geometry' by Kreyszig.
Also, what's the connection between d2x/dt2 and d2x/ds2? Problem 12.2
contradicts with (12.7')

I used two books for beginners years ago, I found them very useful.
Notes on differential geometry by Hicks, a bit terse, but always to the
points.
Geometry of Manifold by Bishop + Crittenden is an excellent introductory
book, very easy to read.

我现在在读FNP,这个学期第一个学期实习, 现在在儿科, 看到好多病人都是cough,
fever, runny nose, irritability, wheezing,rash, abdominal pain. 我感觉什么都
有可能---bronchiolitis,bronchitis, flu, cold, sinusitis, pneumonia,
pertussis, croup. 虽然每个疾病我都学过, 可是真到临床, 脑子就全成浆糊了,
不知道怎么区分了。好多临床的病人都不会像书本上描述的那么经典的症状,昨天有个
病人发烧咳嗽三天, 活蹦乱跳的, 我一开始以为就是个感冒, 后来老师一听, 是肺炎
不知道大家有什么好的书适合FNP侧重各种常见病differential diagnosis?

You may proof it in this way:
Assume you have the solution x(t, \theta) for your initial problem,
then integral your equation from [0,t] , you get
x(t,\theta)-\theta=\int_0^t \lambda(s)ds - \int_0^t p(x(s,\theta)) ds
then differential by \theta and evluate at t=0
you get
\frac{\partial x(t)}{\partial\theta}=1 at t=0
since integral domain of the second integral is [0,0], it is 0
that's it!
