本田已经解释过了，建议你去看同样杂志做的实地评测，而不是这种仪器测试（仪器可
以利用角度作假，你可以仔细看视频crv的前轮是卡在没有traction的两个滚轮中间的
，然后不是轻点多次给力尝试抓地，而是在已知无抓地力的情况下一直给油使前轮高速
空转致使awd系统防止过热自动切断-->导致后滑）。

老版(08年前)全时80：20分配(又有说法是90:10), 新版(09年后)全时60：40分配
老版(08年前)后轴用LSD, 但是是最弱的viscous LSD. vLSD的一个问题就是里面的
Viscous fluid会wear out. 用的越久就deteriorate的越厉害, 结果就是慢慢的,
Limited-slip differential变成了open differential. 新版(09年后)用VDC代替.
老版(08年前)的rear differential的size明显比09年后的小一圈.
新版multi plate clutch数量增加了, 所以torque能传得更多
老版head gasket还有问题, 丰田化后就解决了

The common assumption is that 4x4 means all four wheels are driven at the

1. 找个commercial的软件做分析，最后给你output一个list of differentially
expressed/spliced/transcribed genes。很多大学的core facility可能有这样的
license，你们可以免费的用。这个方法是最好的，你甚至可以利用他们的技术支持给
你解决很多问题。
2. 你的facility既然都给你做mapping了，顺便让他们给你们call一下differential
expression，应该就是一两百块钱的事。
3. 用galaxy （galaxy.psu.edu），这个需要花的功夫比1.多，不过肯定比学什么编程
之类的少多了。galaxy的主页上有很多tutorial。基本上主流的软件都可以在galaxy上
用，等你熟悉了流程，是相当快的。只要你不是很复杂的实验设计，大部分的软件只要
accept default就行了。
很多给你的帖子回复的都是bioinformatician的mind set，不理解biologist的需要。

发帖数: 1312 | 44 我也没做过，想想就觉得不容易。RNA-seq大多数基因都有明确的boundary，很好统计
每个gene/transcript的count。但是ChIP-seq就太复杂了。是按照每个binding site在
不同条件下来比较呢？还是调节某个基因的所有binding sites来比较？后者不但要考
虑gene length，还要考虑如何定义哪些binding sites是调节哪个基因的，这个现有知
识估计还不完全吧。
简单查了一下，目前differential binding analysis（我之前叫DE其实不对），几乎
都是比较单个的binding site/peak的count差异（如果是这样的话我觉得应该不用考虑
基因长度的影响）。下边篇文章比较了十几个ChIP-seq differential analysis的软件
，简单的提到了gene ontology，找nearest gene。所以应该还是可以做GO的。里边也
提到length of differential region, 不过我就没有细看了。希望能有点帮助。

I am wondering why USB 2.0 can achieve 480bps rate.
I had a look on USB 2.0 spec, there isn't any modulation scheme. There is
only scrambling (every contineous "1", insert a "0" ) and NRZI coding. Does
it mean the 480Mbps signal is transmitted directly (i.e. 1 bit occupies 2.08
ns, and this signal can be sampled by local 480MHz clock directly )?

1，没错，手机里很多信号是 differential 的，但是最后一级的放大器是 single-ended,所以天线那里也是 single-ended. 我们公司就是设计这最后一级功放的。
2, 凡是提到 VCC bypass 的都是个误区，不能说你分析的不对，只能说跟我这个论题无关。
3, 有人说"The antenna generates microwave based on the differential between the signal end and the local ground." 这个有待推敲，但我认为是错的，尤其当信号离开天线进入 air 的瞬间，只有 the true ground, 没有 local ground. 发帖数: 2501 | 50 你没理解天线的原理。假如一个mono pole天线，ground是一个plane。mono pole长度
是lambdaa/2，reference to carrier。所以信号传到mono pole天线上能发射出去。如
果你的ground只是普通的spur或者noise，ground plane不是天线，发射不出去。假如
ground plane上恰好有同carrier的noise，那么通过couple到mono pole天线，可以发
射出去。但是通常，电路板上有很多隔离或者bypass cap，高频信号会被滤掉.或者这
种coupling本来就非常微弱。(假如通过电容coupling，ground plane的电容比mono
pole天线的电容会大许多，所以signal injected到ground plane，然后couple 到天线
非常非常小)
不是任何信号都可以通过天线发射出去的，要不然设计个屁的天线
再回来澄清一些问题：
