director的工资是hard money。可以组建自己的一个小team （一到两人），可以挂靠
医院的大学医学院成为research faculty，自己写或和别人合作写grant。
问题是这种职位稳定吗？和TT faculty比呢？听说NIH以后要大砍funding，怕对这种医
院的职位有影响。谢谢！ |
