他两个手下的director.
我是fresh graduate,没有任何industry经验，那两个director问到最后好像就觉得我
真是太没有industry experience，进去需要一个不小的learning curve.他们当然希望
找一个有经验的，但是我的确是fresh的很。但VP还是继续问我一周能工作多少个小时
，开车离家有多远，出差能出多少（并解释出差并不多）。最后出门，他单独小声问我
具体要多少钱。
感觉VP很犹豫，想招我，又有点不sure.
我只能local找工，不知道这种情况，会不会directors劝vp把我reject了。大大的求

我儿子班上还有个过敏孩子，班上老师说，他手上有个银镯子，上面写了他名字跟过敏
几个字，这样全幼儿园的老师都知道就好应付了。说明这个孩子也是五点后接走的，那
我也回去给儿子打个银镯子好了。
而且当时没跟director谈的时候，秘书是这么跟我说的，你要现在转全天不行，等到七月

女儿在幼儿园被同一个boy把手伸到衣服里抓。大概半年前发生过一次，我发现女儿的
衣服上面有星星点点的血点，一检查她的背，有十几个有洞的抓痕，新的旧的，有的竟
然是黑色的。我非常内疚，没有在第一时间发现。
去找幼儿园交涉，director和teacher都非常慎重地开了会，并特别和孩子们强调如果
有anything hurt,一定要告诉老师。事情发生在午睡时间。
昨天看到她背上又有抓痕，没有上次严重，但也是四个。我问她，她说是同一个boy.他
们其实在两个班，但是暑假期间孩子不多，所以在一块午睡。还是在午睡时间。
早上和director再交流。他的态度倒也诚恳，但是老美的这种外交辞令我也听够了，就
说会和对方家长谈，但是也提到过七个星期孩子们就不午睡了，在一起的时间并不多。
我比较反感这个。他还提到为什么只欺负你的孩子之类的。
教女儿打回去，她说不敢，对方比她快高一个头。
和她说这种时候要马上报告给老师，她说午睡时间老师不让讲话。
这个幼儿园在家门口，而且孩子也喜欢那里的老师。所以想来想去换学校不是上策，所

了（其间在不同的大公司底下），因为几年前换了分公司president，这个president就
开始陆陆续续地在副总和director级别换血。现在公司大部分的director都是这个
president以前的死党，更有甚者，连其中一个的女儿也招近来了。
现在就感觉整个公司几乎都在这个圈子的掌控下。如果他们控制的好也就算了，但是有
的director不一定适合在他的位置上（如我的大老板），出的主意让人觉得很抓狂，明
显是不了解情况下的指示。而他又不尊重我直接老板（也被他搞得半死不活了），直接
干涉我们这些小喽罗干活，怎么办啊。
看到的例子是只要向这个圈子的人提意见和建议，就会被当作另类，弄得好的建议难以
被采纳。看看公司目前的营运情况，很担心，觉得如果在这样下去，任人唯亲，公司很
可能难以为继。这样的情况正常吗？还是不多见呢？我是不是应该开始找工作了？ |

最近发生一件很寒心的事情，这个老中手下的老印经理招了另一个老印过来挤走了下

第一，我不年轻
第二，training program是clinical pathology lab提供的，说明了接受有phd学位的
人申请，两年的training，之后考certificate，然后自己找位置。我也看到很多
clinical lab 的director是phd出身。
第三，做一个clinical lab director也不是什么特别特别好的职位，混口饭吃而已，
临床实验室的工作都是为医生服务，lab director的收入相对医生来说算不高的吧，不
然这些位置也不会去招phd出身的人，谈不上在医疗领域一步登天
第四，我有我自己的经历和优点，不试过怎么知道我肯定不行呢，我只是想多收集信息
，希望自己能做一个比较客观的职业规划，再着手自己认为值得的事情
不过，还是要谢谢你提供的信息，位置比较少，但也不是没有 |
