Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo won the Nobel Peace Prize for 2010.
He was sentenced to 11 years in prison late in 2009 for inciting subversion
of state power. He's the co-author of Charter 08, a call for political

It is well known that Taiwan has had no asylum law. Everybody knows.
KMT has controlled Taiwan Legislature since before the party retreated in
1949. If you are upset why Legislature has not passed the law, blame KMT.
Still every now and then Chinese just arrive at the door and ask for help.
Taiwan is a nation of law. Without asylum
