趣，我们也要开始一些实验），据说会提高preterm birth的可能性，或者甚至造成更
长期的负面影响。
我几周前也有过感染，用了医生开的那个药膏（Monistat三天剂量的，在普通grocery
store就有）。一个疗程以后症状有好转，但是还没有彻底消失。我觉得最管用的就是
要勤换内裤，并且每天两次淋浴冲洗阴部。这样就算是菌群没有彻底消失，也能控制在
比较正常的level，不会对宝宝造成太大伤害的。
用酸奶涂的方法没有试过（想想就觉得挺那个的），不知道管不管用。 |

it works even better than the skunk recipe.
you can also wash yourself and your clothes, carpets, etc. you can also use
it on your dog.
