这周五晚，听说DNA (San Gabriel)有活动~ 会有house music, electro, hiphop神马
的！
以前周末有时会和朋友去喝点小酒，听听音乐，玩玩游戏神马的。那边除了喝酒，还有
个小舞池。喜欢跳舞、比较容易high的女生也可以跳舞。我一般会比较不好意思，舞池
不大，人不多的，不好意思嘛 >.<||| 反正是有段时间没去喝酒了，心痒痒了。。。
有没有女生喜欢喝酒，或者喜欢去bar的，想这个礼拜五一起去玩的？？回复这里，或

personally, i don't really enjoy singing, so i don't go k-town just sing!

什么“drink your food”的热量会更高呢？
比如我自己做菜的话，原来我2天能吃掉的肉，如果改成煮汤的话，能撑至少5天，而
且还能把汤表面的脂肪都刮掉。
另一方面，如果肉直接做成菜了，那我还需要把蔬菜过油里炒一下，但如果把肉煮汤的
话，我就不用炒菜了，直接用肉汤煮
我一直以为这样才吃的热量更低呢。。因为相比较肉做菜+炒菜的话，把肉煮汤的好处
是1）把2天吃的肉量变成了5天的总量，但蔬菜的量没有变化；2）汤表面的脂肪刮掉了
，比不煮汤吃的脂肪少；3）炒菜的油也省了
那样的话不应该热量少了很多才对么？额。。。哪个地方出错了？ |

很美老师推荐的Endurolytes胶囊很不错。
现在我觉得训练的中间不应该用糖分补充。easy run和mudium long以下的很短，没有补
充也可以完成。long run的目的是要提高跑步的economy，所以补充糖分以后就降低了这
个效果。我现在都是完成之后赶紧喝一点运动饮料，我用的是cytomax。
补充电解质倒是必须的，电解质没了肌肉容易疲劳，锻炼的时候发挥不出大功率。

avoid it a week before a race. I've found it is working for me so far for
running a half marathon. With attacking full marathon in mind, I wonder
whether the accumulated alcohol will impact my endurance? Does anyone have experience in this regards? |

I wouldn't drink hard liquor when I'm training for a race, but wine and
beer are not a problem. In fact, there are marathons that offer wine or beer
at water stops! You can also find beer in the finishing area of some races.
