"You do not have to fast for this test, however do NOT have extra sugar
intake before you drink the drink.
Drink 1 full bottle of glucola. Do NOT take longer than 5 minutes to finish
the entire drink.
Do NOT eat, drink,smoke, or chew gum after drinking the glucola"

的那张注意事项是这么写的：
nothing to eat or drink except water for at least 4 hours before drinking
the glucose.
drink the glucose 1 hour before your scheduled lab appointment.
finish drinking the glucose in 5 minutes or less.
next drink 8 ounces of water.
have nothing to eat or drink until after your blood is drawn.
怎么大家都不要求喝水呢？大清早的起床就喝这么多水，实在是不合我的生活习惯，唉

I am OK with him drinking both cold and warm water. They are both perfectly

But "telling and reinforcing him that drinking cold water causes tummy ache"

some water when you wake up at night.
2. Eat dinner a little late, and eat a lot of food so you do not end up with

看到又有jm们panic，我就简单说一下。虽然很多孩子还没有语言，但是他们是有能力
跟你沟通的。在无语言之前，沟通主要由三个方式达成。不一定三个都要有，但是有其
中一个，她/他就应该有能力做另外两个，你可以创造条件让他/她做，让他/她练习。
giving: 拿东西给你，同时眼睛看着你。这时候目光可以不看东西，也可以在东西和你
之间轮转。后者更加有效。
showing: 展示东西给你，目光看着你可以不看东西，也可以在你和东西之间轮转。后者
更加有效。
pointing: 指东西，目光可以看着你，也可以在你和所指的东西之间轮转。后者更有效。
那么什么是不非常有效的呢？在进行上面三种活动中，目光避免接触你，只是盯着东西
。或者目光只在你身上做极短暂停留。另外还有就是机械手现象。把你的身体当成工具
，而不是把你当成沟通的对象。

老大三岁了，两岁半开始上幼儿园，现在上了大概7个月左右。他喜欢跟大人玩，不喜
欢，或者可以说是害怕跟同龄的小朋友玩。在幼儿园，群体活动的时候他总是跑到一边
，自己一个人玩。他只跟一两个玩的熟的小朋友玩到一起。 上个星期，幼儿园老师跟
我说怀疑他有自闭倾向，让我找个医生评估一下。
我自己不觉得他自闭，在家里总是拉着爸爸妈妈，或者爷爷奶奶跟他玩。玩的时候他还
很喜欢安排别人应该做什么，例如应该妈妈应该坐在那里，爸爸应该跟在他后面等等。
他也很喜欢唱歌，经常跟着电视大声唱。他体力很好， 我们住在Atlanta. Atlanta的
石头山（stone mountain）,他已经能自己爬到山顶，而且下山。 他平衡能力也很好，
喜欢玩走独木桥的游戏，而且走的很稳。他也很喜欢爬高爬低，经常爬到幼儿园的柜子
或者沙发上，弄得老师很头痛。
