12.1 通知去做Drug Screen
到今天为止还没有收到任何通知，期间打电话給HR询问，告知背景调查跟Drug Screen
都通过了，但还在Under Consideration.
我觉得很奇怪吖，以前的实习跟工作都是先給OFFER再做背景调查跟drug screen的，跟
这个公司完全不同。而且这个公司也没谈薪资的问题。非常茫然啊。到底OFFER还有没
有希望了。希望大家帮忙分析分析。多谢了！ |

如prodrug。其实像osmotic pump, needless syringe，drug-coated coronary stent
这种东西也可以叫drug delivery.

in drug discovery and R&D in china. the main issues are probably
1. the government support. this is very important and crucial i think in
china
2. drug discovery R&D infrastructure, which includes the structure that
supports drug discovery and R&D, the well trained professionals. the
professionals can be obtained from oversea returned professionals, but it
takes time to build up.

另外，如果就业形势不好，而且现在经济形势也不好，也考虑做个博士后什么的，但是
想问问如果去药学院找Drug Delivery方向的博士后（工程类的觉得离临床太远了），
对于我这个工程背景的，是不是跨度太大了；如果还可以考虑的话，又没有什么学校推
荐的。
