楼主注意到没有，E12的criteria 1-6条是按照证据分量由重至轻依次递减。假设你
claim两项可以满足第一步，但是第二步totality是很难。E12的totality要满足
Internationally recognized & outstanding两项。所以如何通过5、6举证客观事实（
不是靠推荐信吹牛），证明你have risen up to the top among peers and sustained
international acclaim是个问题。
大多数人claim 2条都是4 contribution & 5. 4&6组合可能都比较罕见。
还有E12比不了E11，但是绝不会很容易的让你随便过！没拿到140 approval之前，一切
后果皆有可能。个人拙见供你参考。 |

么容易的确定家里的是E12的？在店里看就只有chandlier type，没有说base的具体尺
寸。像从网上买，对于尺寸决定不了。

....."evidence to qualify under at least three of the criteria for this

过去30天看见好多EB1B的战友被0002和0214 NOID，我也预感不好，今天公司律师告诉
我收到NOID(其实已经过去好几天了），算了下只有20天出头的时间准备材料。
申请的背景如下：
1. PhD，业内大公司R&D Engineer，分析化学背景，偏冷的仪器领域。
2. 一共7篇journal，其中5篇一作。3篇1作和另外2篇不是一作发表在Analytical
Chemistry上（领域top期刊）。
3. 推荐信7封，一封来自导师，一封合作教授，一封公司研发部VP，其他4封是
independent，分别来自美国，英国（2封），瑞典。
4. 提交的时候引用77个，现在89个。
5. 会议oral presentation 4次，poster 1次。
申请的情况：
公司一直用Fragomen的律师，申请过程中感觉水平不行，我自己早期把关了RL（现在看
来是没写好没突出重点）和后期自己按版上的完全重写了PL（自己感觉写的还可以，感
觉IO没看）。
律师的PL claim了4项，只有7页。我后来删减到了3项，扩孔到15页，涵盖很多大家常
用的方式。

送mesh, 跑回nngs, 看见zlwang大切xyh, 跟mesh说了几句, 然后他要打电话,
我就等他再上来, 闲着也是闲着, 于是再挑zlwang, 记得三月前, 我号称
zlwang克星, 克星的意思就是其实水平不如对方, 可是偏偏能赢. 所以我是
克星, tuzi不是克星. tuzi水平高, 只可以被克, 不可以克的.
开局不利, 我长时间不下了, 脑子不好使. 第十七手是感觉问题. 这里E12也许
更好吧. 但我不愿让白模样太大. 所以L17, 但21手E12断实在无理. 这里主要也
因为是对zlwang, 气势很重要. 结果到白B18吃黑三子时, 黑已大亏. 这里黑
左边那小块做活已没有意义. 关键是这里不能落后手, 而且上面两子很弱. 所以
接下去D10跳出, 放弃左边那一块. 白B12是典型的zlwang风格. 这里不应急着吃的.
被黑D9一拐, 大极. 局面顿时扳回不少. 当然总的说这里黑还是亏了. 但局面还

tables.
这些tables是按照star schema的方式设计的，它们分为Dimension tables 和Fact
tables. 举个简单的例子，假设数据仓库记录的是Mutual Funds 销售业绩，那么
每卖出的一份Mutual Fund，都需要记录某推销员，某月某日，卖出了某个Mutual Fund
给某某客户。
这一条条记录就叫 row, record or transaction. 如果你买了三个不同的Mutual Fund
，就有三行记录。这些细节被存放在叫Fact table里。
问：既然一切信息都包括在 Fact table了，那么Dimension tables放什么信息？

我们是用小鼠胚胎的软骨和骨头染色的protocol。染软骨的话只用Alcian Blue即可。
最后胚胎用BABB处理就会变得透明。BABB危险，而且会腐蚀显微镜，使用时要小心。很
多动物的胚胎都可以用类似的方法染骨头（红色）和软骨（蓝色）：鼠，龟，蛇，鸡，
鱼，蜥蜴，变色龙，蝙蝠。。。而且都很漂亮！

除此以外，也就是一般的，mechanics tool set. 奔驰宝马用到的torx，E10,E12 这种
螺丝比较多，在sears买一套才29.9。

papers ,citations and less review articles. Since you didn't mention the
reference letters and conferences which he attended, it's hard to say he is
definitely not qualified for EB1B. While if he can prove he is the
outstanding person in his field compared with his peers and get worldwide
recognition in his field. It's worth to try.
Don't forget the definition for EB1B.
