It is for the growth of SiO2 film by using the Liquid Phase Deposition
process. The effluent contains HF, H2SiF6 (< 1 M), and water. I plan to
concentrate the solution and then saturate the solution with SiO2 to obtain
concentrated H2SiF6.
Not sure which is the concentration of HF in the effluent. What will you do
if HF is 0.1 M and needs to be increased to 1 M? |

tank, 当水位到一高度时，pump开启， 将污水泵到山上的公共下水管道。也就是说

If possible, please give me a big picture of this WWTP process diagram. I
assume the standard P&ID
Primary clarifier --> Secondary clarifier (activated sludge) --> sand
filter --> disinfection chamber --> dechlorination chamber --> 12-mile force
main to the river.
First question, what's the chlorine demand for effluent leaving the
secondary clarifier at chlorination chamber?
Second question, Do you have any baffle walls in the disinfection chamber?

measure the actual demand of the supernatant taken out of the secondary
clarifier. They've been adding 8-10 ppm of chlorine to the effluent after
the 2nd clarifier)

Disinfection in the 12-inch force main seems to complete mixing and
eliminate the short circuiting flow. I think you request the plant
discharge flow rate from plant operators and determine the detention time |

wastewater from an oil refinery plant.
The client set a quite low MTBE effluent limit. I need to find out how
efficient an activated sludge system (with a SRT>25 days) can be in term of

recalcitrant to biodegradation. However, based my understanding, there are
