一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满，说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳，问他是不是私人俱乐部，不允许公开发帖，同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章，要么是空连接，要么内容不相同。我反问他
看我的文章没有。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规，还说我的文章他不屑一看，居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人，还无根据威胁封人，是虐待狂。
Rodimus恼羞成怒，把我的帖子和后面更贴的对话全删了。
闹了半天是个不看贴就摆架子，威胁人，骂人，删帖的版主。混mit这么多年，还真遇
到极品版主了。

这个比赛是第2个为准备Western States 100的training race, 本来
是想报3月底的old goats 50迈的，没想到这比赛很快就报满了，后来想想
也不是坏事，这个old goats很难，12000ft爬升，估计跑完到波马前都恢复不过来..
然后就报了这个Bandit Ultra Run 50K, 在洛杉矶北面一点点，不算很远，
而且是早上直接check in,就不用住宿了，比较方便。这个比赛爬坡比上次
Avalon Benefit 50迈要陡一点，总Elevation Gain 6000ft左右，算起来
可能接近WS100(18000ft,160KM)的平均坡度了, 我的garmin 310XT数据：

从09年6月开始减肥断断续续的开始跑步，到12年4月终于跑完Boston Marathon,
用时3年不到，还是感觉很不错的.
这回虽然收获PW一枚，但是似乎没啥hard feeling,相比去年中跑的San Diego
Rock&Roll, 这回算是跑得非常舒服的一次了. 回顾一下我跑过的四个全马：
2010/10 Toronto Marathon 首马，当时因为要去Toronto办事，无意中挑了一个
course,天气都不错的比赛. 虽然第一次全马，中间也岔气，抽筋，非常痛苦，但最后
达到了自己预想的目标，还是很高兴的. 这次也拼得非常狠，以至于恢复用了很长的时
间.
2011/06 San Diego Rock&Roll 二马，这个比赛可能算最痛苦的一个了，准备这个
比赛用了30周，train得也非常狠，一周2次hard run+周末long run, 20+迈long
跑了20来个，最后天气比较热，小腿抽得一踏糊涂，中间就觉得完不成比赛，最后奇迹般
的坚持下来，居然还PR了, 但比预期差得太远，跑完很是沮丧了一阵子.

如果flap不能打开，速度就降不下来。
飞机出事的原因有以下几类：
1.快降落时飞行员操作失误，elevation降的太多，碰到小山上，或者降落速度过快，
超过跑道也停不下，或者忘记放flap, 这种大部分是因为机场没有先进的导航系统需要
自己手工操作，飞行员太忙于别的东西而忘记checklist。
2.输油系统出现问题，漏油或者油管无压力，或者所有引擎都坏了，这种需要紧急降落
，glide下来，在高程下降过程中还是有速度的，如果出事地点临近机场技术好就可以
降落。
3.仪表问题，比如速度计量器和高程仪坏了，这样飞行员就不容易判断自己的高程和速
度，在黑夜很容易出事。
4.液压系统损坏。如果漏掉hydrualic fluid，这样飞行员就不能控制飞机的主要控件
，最后只能利用改变引擎推力而降落。
5.飞机结构破坏，一般不外乎是疲劳破坏或者是舱门没锁好飞出去，在很高的
elevation,瞬间丢失压力，空气全部泄露出去，飞行员和乘客缺氧，只能马上降低
elevation,如果还能控制飞机，是可以降落的，但是一般这种结构破坏会损害

上海地铁里的自动扶梯（escalator）是一直开的，电梯（elevator，地铁里的
elevator在上海也被叫做是无障碍通道）在大的站台也是常开的，在冷僻的站台有的是
要呼叫工作人员来开的。人工呼叫是不方便，但这恰恰证明了的确是为了节省运行成本
- 地铁里的elevator是主要是为了方便老弱病残，人工开电梯本身就是对于四肢健全
的搭乘者的一种deterrent.
回到残疾人通道这个事情上，我父母住的公寓楼，在几年前进行了改造，加了ramp, 为
什么？因为楼里的老年人很多，老年人每天买菜带个轮车什么的，上下台阶不太方便，
所以就加了ramp,很实用，比如我回国住父母家，有ramp我搬行李厢就很方便。但如果
普及到普通的办公楼房都要加ramp, 这就不太实用，因为出入办公楼的绝大多数都是年
纪较轻而且健康的人。为了很少一部分腿脚不方便的人专门提供一个ramp, 在现在很讲
实用主义的中国社会，显然不管从意识上，还是经济成本上，都是不会被广泛接受的。

System包含了taskcenter，elevator
任务系统taskcenter负责给不同电梯增加任务，删除任务，响应不同电梯内的任务请求
，每层用户的请求
电梯elevator 包括了自己的任务list，方向，以及状态。电梯类有2个子类，一个是UI
_elevator，一个是task_elevator。UI_elevator函数有addrequest，
removerequest，askforhelp，opendoor，closedoor这些是给电梯内的用户的；task_
elevator有getdirection，getcondition，getrequest，addtask， removetask等函数
，这些是给taskcenter调用。
request 有2种子类，一种是elevatorrequest，是UI_elevator发出的；一种是
floorrequest，是每层电梯外用户发出的。

酒店集团往往有一些特殊的高端级别存在，如Hyatt/ Ritz-Carlton都有一些秘密level。
或许知道的人不多，一般也不太可能达到。
简单而言，达到这样的level，住酒店只要一定reservation，一般都会自动upgrade到
最好的套房（特殊suite）。房间里已经摆放好各种水果snacks等等。提供in room
breakfast。
check-in的时候会genearal manager下楼亲自问候，并护送去房间。
甚至Ritz-Carlton还提供不需要预定酒店就可以随时进入全球任何Ritz-Carlton的club
level游玩。
Hyatt Courtesy Card也还好，还是有点人能到达的：到处住Hyatt多，然后经常定定会

below 10000 feet) near Mammoth Lakes
8. Hike San Joaquin Ridge to view Minaret Vista (4.4 miles and 1000

A Canadian tourist whose body was discovered in a water tank atop a downtown
Los Angeles hotel four months ago died in an accidental drowning, coroner's
officials said Thursday.
A maintainence worker discovered the body of Elisa Lam, 21, on Feb. 19 after
residents of the Cecil Hotel complained about low water pressure. At the
time Lam had been missing for several weeks from the hotel after traveling
there from Vancouver.
