UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

和心衰没有关系。CK其实也不算很高了，我觉得这三个lab偏高主要是 rosuvastatin的
副作用 － LFT elevation, muscle break down. 其实CK也没有高太多，病人有没有肌
肉疼痛的症状呢？我觉得应该再查一下scr, 以及lipid panel。不过既然你有AST/ALT
了，说明做了CMET, 那creatinin 你没有列出来说明不高对吗？那说明还没有发展到
rhabdomyolysis。这个时候如果LDL不太高，可以暂停 rosuvastatin. 针对lipid
profile 选择合适的降脂药。

I will fast forward a little bit.
All the cultures you can think of are all negative.
His coags were cold normal at the time of presentation and several days
later. His smear showed some spherocytes which is consistent with hemolysis.
There was no schistocytosis.
His white cell were slightly elevated with slight neutrophilia.
His platelet count was normal but by day 3-5 into the admission, it dropped
to 40-50K.

那本每年都会宣布全球最富有人物排名的著名财经杂志《福布斯（Forbes）》卖掉了，
接盘的是两名中国商人。
《福布斯》杂志母公司福布斯媒体集团美国时间7月18日宣布同意向香港财团出售多数
股权，期望借此加速全球业务的发展。Forbes Media LLC 福布斯媒体集团没有公布交
易详情，但据路透社引述知情人士称交易金额约4.75亿美元，预计在年底前完成。
买家香港财团是新成立Integrated Whale Media Investments，该公司由专注于科技、
财经和电信领域投资的Integrated Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. 以及华硕电脑（
TPE:2357）联合创始人谢伟琦组成。Integrated Asset Management (Asia) Ltd.，即
本汇资产管理（亚洲）有限公司的创办人为任德章，他是香港针织服装制造商团丰临集
团（1152.HK）前主席，他也是公司创始人之一。

为什么这些所谓学者记者都是张嘴就来呢？美军经过的渚碧礁是只有低潮时才现出水面
的low-tide elevation，而根据中国签署的联合国海洋公约，这些岛礁本身根本不具有
领海投射能力，只能拥有500米的安全区域。
