DENNY's吃早
饭，晚一点起来就去Emeryville半岛尽头的东海吃早茶，边吃边欣赏BAY BRIDGE跟SF。
不开车的话做
TRANSBAY就到SF了，15分钟不到吧；开车的话过BAY BRIDGE就到SF了，晚上从BAY
BRIDGE回来停
TREASURE ISLAND看SF夜景。旁边还可以逛逛BERKELEY。
晚上EMERYVILLE除了半岛，旅馆，AMC跟BAY STREET SHOPPING STREET, IKEA最好哪也
不去。。。 |

Emeryville and north Berkeley, oakland. Emeryville has new apartment but it
is not cheap. you can check craigslist for the openings. If you want, I can

合女孩的住处，有家具，location好的apartment（可以搭乘bus，bart或者其他公交半
小时内到公司），可以与别人合租，but with single bedroom。

如果不嫌雾大,SUNSET/INNER SUNNER比较安全,方便,靠近GOLDEN GATE PARK, MUNI轻轨
不堵车,去DOWNTOWN 方便.
DALY CITY也有雾的问题.
Potrero Hill/CHINA BASIN总是SUNNY,交通方便MUNI轻轨从3街到DOWNTOWN.就是房租贵.
SF城外沿BART沿线找安全的地方,ORINDA/LAFAYETTE/WALNUT CREEK/ ALBANY/CASTRO
VALLEY/PLEASANTON/DUBLIN/FREMONT.
EMERYVILLE靠近BAY STREET也挺安全,有TRANSBAY BUS到DOWNTOWN, EMERYVILLE地区要
远离 SAN PABLO AVE. |

发帖数: 509 | 13 其实在Emeryville找房子你上班最方便，可能走路就可以去上班了。看你的budget有多
少了，这里one bedroom的apartment都要至少1500-1600。省钱的最好法子是跟人合租
，有些很新的condo，多上craiglist上搜搜！建议在bay street和public market附近
，或者powell海边那一片，制安比较好，40街附近那里最好别去。
我就在emeryville上班，之前跟人分租挺好的，走路10分钟就到公司了。
不过分租的话人家都是要先见人的，你可以上班之前提前一点儿过来，借住朋友家1-
2weeks或者干脆住hotel，然后尽快找！我对这一带挺熟的，有问题可以站内联系。 |

30W的CONDO ( APARTMENT)有很多选择,但存在物业管理费比较贵的问题( HOA).选择地
点有:
1). EMERYVILLE:

查的时候2 EDROOM基本是3000+. SAN PABLO附近不安全,便宜也不能住. BART一般是
MACARTHUR. EMERYVILLE有FREE BUS到BART车站, TRANSBAY BUS也从BAYSTREET过.
ALAMEDA的FERRY班次太少了.
附近华人多的地区是ALBANY. $2500的预算应该够了.有BART也有TRANSBAY BUS到SF
downtown.
ORINDA/LAFAYETTE是白人为住的好区.
OAKLAND HILLS也不错,一提OAKLAND,版上很快就有人号召"远离OAKLAND"了,也没必要细
说了.
往南BART沿线最近的是CASTRO VALLEY算是不错的区,中国人聚居的DUBLIN/FREMONT要更
远些. |

发帖数: 27 | 24 在鱼版一直是围观看各位大牛秀战果，但是要自己钓总觉得涉及到的装备，钓点，技术
太过复杂难以上手，所以一直没有没能从围观转入参与。直到今年早些时候，朋友买了
LA这边海钓的groupon利诱之才第一次上船出海。所有东西都是租的，license是一天的
，饵是live的小沙丁，同行的都是晕船的，船上是挤得满满的，但是到了一天结束在餐
馆吃上战利品的时候还是觉得是值得的。之后就big5入手了一套新手钓具，annual
license每个月起码去一次half day的charter trip。但是小半年过去，每次收成还是
看老天，上不上鱼纯看人品，觉得技术上没任何提高，也不知道应该往哪个方向提高。
长周末后天定了一个8hr的trip希望能过把瘾，也希望能利用这次的trip锻炼提高一下
，所以出发前鼓起勇气到版上向各位提问求教，希望能引领菜鸟在这条中毒的路上继续
走下去。
若干细节问题关于周末的trip：
1. 因为之前每次都做同一时段同一charter，看fish report基本都是以rock fish为主

发帖数: 715 | 47 美国的房子默认就是unfurnished的，也就是不带任何家具的。有少数房东可能因为工
作地点调动的关系，想把房子快速出租出去，这时候才可能是带家具的。
另外，如果要买家具的话，我有两个建议：
（1）不要去宜家，因为性价比太低。就算去越南家具店，也比宜家强多了。
（2）刚来尽可能少买家具，把家具数目限定在最基本需要就可以了。因为事后你过了
一两年对湾区更熟以后，肯定会对当初买家具不满意。这时候留着觉得恶心自己，处理
掉却麻烦而且也舍不得。
很久以前有位大哥写过一个关于弯曲租房地域问题的帖子，贴一下：
