马英九指出，这个法庭的存在，应该是为国际争端定纷息争、避免走上冲突甚至战争。但是，这样的仲裁结果，不但没有排难解纷，反而增加了冲突的可能。「在背後操控的势力，看似赢了面子，其实却输了裡子。」
「菲律宾对中国」南海仲裁案，常设仲裁法院今天公布结果，称中国大陆在9段线范围内主张的历史权利没有法律依据，而南沙群岛的所有海上地物，均为礁岩，包括太平岛在内。
马英九晚间在脸书发文表示，从去年12月到今年5月，包括他在内，150多名部会首长、国内外学者专家和国内外媒体，都访问太平岛，亲眼见证这个淡水充裕（南沙唯一）、农产丰富、生活机能完整的岛屿，完全符合「联合国海洋法公约」第121条关于「岛屿」必须「维持人类生存与自身经济生活」的要件。
他说，至今年4月底为止，也有430篇国际媒体完整陈述「太平岛是岛」的事实。太平岛是「岛」不是「礁」，已是国内外多数人的共识。

。这边Kevin Love跟Tristian Thompson就一人签一个五年max合同出来，这是怎么个道
理呢？。。。
合同的年限呢，其实取决于球员的身份在哪个category里，根据不同的条件，一共有16
种情况，合同长度1-6年不等。Love跟Thompson就属于其中的一种：Lary Bird
Exception
满足以下条件球队就可以用Lary Bird Exception签下自己球队的自由球员
1.过去三个赛季没有被裁过，也没有作为自由球员换过球队
2.如果球员被交易的话，Bird rights也同时转给新的球队
用Bird Rights签有什么好处呢？
1.不受工资帽限制，即使超过工资帽也可以签
2.球员合同可以比较长（5年），每年的工资最高涨幅也是最高的（7.5%)

和Phoenix的PwC搞了快3年了,觉得他们现在对内控的理解以及相对的实施procedure有
重大缺陷.
不知道是不是其他pwC其他office也这样,原来和North Carolina的PwC搞过,好像不是这
样的.
现在每次搞Sox test, 发现一个exception后就搞的很大. pwC是(要我们)这么处理的:
1. 发现一个错误,你必须假设所有和这个错误相关的account都是错误的,就是所谓的
maximum exposure是多少.
2. 然后用其他有效的controls来减少这个maximum exposure. 这些有效的control可以

我们应该鼓励华人一旦被歹徒入室抢劫，就上法庭（包括小额法庭）去告YG 和他的签
约公司，让他疲于奔命。
不仅被抢了的可以告，我怕被抢，产生心理紧张恐惧的，我也可以去告，可以上小额法
庭，十万人一起去，顶多就是手续费用。
还可以带上老婆孩子去本镇的警察局，带上YG 的视频，要求警方保护。记住：要全美
国同一天行动。
当然除了这种被动抵抗求保护的，也要进行费城那样的武装游行，硬的也不怕。
然后把这些行动都通告媒体。。。。。我们要学习一下川普大叔，怎么玩弄媒体。

关于自动化的测试框架，绝大部分框架都是把Exception抓住放在报告里，而且最终都
会抓把General Exception作为总结。因为你不知道哪个人的程序又扔出个不知名或新
的Exception。测试程序为每个特殊的Exception都处理一把是吃力不讨好，无法适应变
化，自己给自己增加工作量。抓Exception不代表有人想把Bug藏起来，这些Exception
最终都会在测试报告里。很多自动化的测试在前一个失败后要继续自动测下一个不类似
的测试，前一个测试异常不抓住就有可能无法继续后100个，或者会引起内存和其他资
源问题。听起来好想你没有用报表形式，就是通过IE的异常处理报告问题，一旦有异常
，你要开新的 IE 才能继续下一个测试。
所以从技术角度来看，这个人没有很大问题，你的也不是问题。关键你们两个比较较真。
我觉得你得理解新人刚进来要有项目表现自己，这样才能在小公司里站稳脚跟。这个小
项目如果不是你主打项目，你可以问问新人愿不愿全权负责这个，或建个新的测试系统

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

问题是这样的, 我从USCIS官方网站发现其对NIW的描述居然不同, 或者说矛盾.
其一说是你要满足1) with an advanced degree, or with exceptional ability. 2)
identify three as defined in NYSDOT (i.e. intrinsic merit, national scope,
and national interest). 这个也是我理解的应该论证的准则.

发帖数: 80 | 45 由于本人的case比较弱，所以现在是EB1A 跟NIW 一起准备着。已经差不多写好了EB1A
的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？
请有经验的前辈指点迷津，小女子不胜感激！
