exist要求 in set要sort取distinct ,sort的cost就imply的
inner join不要求sort, 但是通常都会做sort merge join
exist对于stack tables (oracle/db2/sqlserver)优化的比较好， 对于MPP RDBMS的优
化不友好，
exist上要考虑null的side effect 特别是not exist

至于同性和乱伦的关系，人家说的根本不是法律能不能修改成允许前者禁止后者。人家
说的是，反对限制同性婚姻的微薄理由同样适用于反对限制包括乱伦在内的许多异类“
婚姻”，这是法律范畴的问题，是个很严肃的问题，直接关系到这个问题应该用粗暴的
法律手段来解决，还是让社会自己去解决。
至今为止，未见哪怕一个自私的gay和其好心但********的支持者们说出为什么同性婚

他们会产生怎样的后果。或者这些工人知道后果，但他们只是奴隶，他们又如何去改变
这一切？ 所以，当我的调查不断往前推进的时候，不可避免地会涉及各国的企业，但
这并不表明是针对这个国家或这个国家的人民，而是针对一种社会现实和丑陋现象。就
拿菲律宾来说，菲律宾是一个犯罪猖獗的国家，有很多犯罪分子，但是菲律宾人民却是
这个集团的受害者，他们／她们被绑架，沦为了牺牲品，人体实验对象。一个日本人，

有些条件
你要看你的loan 是否已经卖给Freddie Mae or Fannie Mac,如果是，就符合。
另外你是否2009年6月1日以后没有做过reif,如果是也符合。
无论是primary house还是rental 都可以做。
这个计划要帮助那些2008年前后Bubble的时候买房的买到最高点，没有机会做refi的人

你如果符合可以明天给你的agent 打电话询问一下。03/19可以submit给银行了。
另外重要一点是不用order appraisal 了，如果条件符合的话，可不要错过机会了。
