芝加哥是我在美国的城市中比较喜欢的一个，尤其是它的夏天。我租的小studio在
Michigan Lake旁一座高楼的18层上，夏天的时候从窗口望过去，碧蓝的湖面上漂浮着
朵朵白帆。临毕业的时候很空闲，常常沿着湖边骑车，从北岸一直骑到 downtown，太
阳晒在身上暖洋洋的，湖堤上微风轻拂，一面骑车一面看沙滩上的风景，很是惬意。
著名的Museum of Art Institute每星期二对学生免费，我自然没少去，悠悠闲闲逛掉
大半天时间，累了出来坐在门口的台阶上休息，经常会有黑人的街头艺术家在台阶下的
空地上表演，吸引不少从博物馆里出来的游客。
逛Michigan Ave也是我的爱好之一，虽然囊中无米，可就看看街边的伟岸建筑，作作
window shopping，也很心满意足。夏天downtown的loop经常会有art fai |

意气风发，想念太湖，最深刻的记忆是那次和同学一起去游鼋头渚，
实习，把钱都花差不多了，早上只能买茶叶蛋充饥，走了半天，
饿得不行，又没了钱，剩下一元钱是要坐车去市区，取钱买票回家的。
走了一会，我和他都想到农民田地里偷个菜瓜、西瓜吃吃充饥了，
可惜没有，还有毕竟是浙大的学生，总要顾忌一下声誉。天下起了小雨，
两个人的步子越来越沉重，上了一个坡，都感到支持不住了，而且附近
又没有人，也无处买东西吃，不然我们就会把仅剩的一元钱拿去哪怕买个
馒头分食了也好。
这时候，我们发现了一株梅树，上面有杨梅，于是两个饿得
两眼放绿光的人，争先恐后的爬上杨梅树，抓着杨梅就往嘴里塞，
顾不得满身泥泞，顾不得浑身湿透，也顾不得稍微红点的杨梅已经吃光，
直到吃得满嘴发酸，最后连胃都发酸了才从树上下来，两个人相互看着对方的
狼狈样子，哈哈大笑。
到市区取了钱，买了车票，想去大吃一顿，结果酸气直冒，决定还是回去再吃，
多消化一下那些酸杨梅。
回到唐城，在小店里坐下，问老板是否有螺丝，太想念香林的炒螺丝了，
老板说有，太棒了，于是问他们怎么炒，说是用交白炒，fai |

孩子生长在美国，就自然说英语。也就是说我跟她们说英文和北京话两种。只是越来越
发现说英文她们更容易懂。。。
我偶尔还说一点广东话的词汇。还有一些梵文的词汇。这两种语言我都只是表面上懂一
点。
比如催他们的时候，我不说"快着“，说"Fai Dee Laa”，广东话。
英文，虽然一般是美国音，偶尔也玩玩儿英国口音。
在我语重心长教育她们的时候，一般用英语，这是因为北京话 -- 不堪入耳。。。（借

上的体现，一定要在presentation中说出来，而且要不断的重点的强调。我都是在
presentation中每个项目的conclusion部分在重现拿出来说说。
另外一个就是soft skills，这个也是中国人普遍欠缺的。面试的时候要多笑笑，适当
开些小玩笑，要让别人喜欢上你，你拿到工作的机会更大。另外，公司比较强调team
work，你也需要强调自己是team working，easy going。不要太过offensive。
现在大pharm都非常挑，连fai几个on site都正常。我朋友都有20个on site最后也就4-
5个offer。 |
