宝宝：3个月男宝，睡眠不佳，四周时发现有silence reflux，随后24小时抱睡，七周
上zantac。十周后reflux不严重时能半坐睡，后又能趴睡。十二周后上半夜偶尔能自己
睡个3，4个小时，然后co-sleep到6，7点。奶睡情况较严重，外婆也能拍着哄睡，但是
耗时长。白天吃睡都不规律，nap抱着能睡4，5个小时，自己睡很少超过45分钟。
妈妈：较典型的By-the-book parent, 对于sleep training必须的patience &
consciousness，自认patience还行consciousness就很不咋的。

么意思，老师说很有用（尤其是大的daycare，会有不同的老师，你不可能跟所有老师

我一听就怒了，这不是庸医么。
黄疸是破碎的血细胞中的血红素被转换成胆红素没有及时排出体外在体液中富集，使得
皮肤显出黄色。
胆红素刚生成的时候是非结合型胆红素不溶于水，主要通过粪便排出。
非结合型胆红素在肝脏中转化成结合型胆红素才溶于水变成尿胆素从肾脏排出。
新生儿的肝脏发育不全，没法转化那么多胆红素到尿中。就是要多吃奶多排便才能排出
非结合型胆红素。
我家儿子刚出生有黄疸。猛吃了几顿奶，还加了配方奶。医院让全天照紫外灯，我们假
模假式照了半个小时就抱回crib了。第二天就好了
美国医生一般不让给婴儿喝水，一是怕增加肾脏负担，二是水会占胃的体积，减少奶量

改了题目才发现今天的更新是多么难写。
饼饼走了，现在没有任何言语可以形容我的心痛。我们太爱他了太舍不得他了。
昨天开始我们发现他几乎不太走动了，除非是去上厕所。其他时候就呆在一个地方，走
路看起来也是很不稳，摇摇晃晃的。今天早上喂饭的时候，我们突然发现他肚子大起来
了，软软的，跟之前不一样了，顿时有种不详的感觉。给他称了体重，长了不少，就觉
得十有八九是变成wet了。早上喂了饭以后我们在沙发上，酥糖也在，酥饼本来远远地
望着，后来脚步蹒跚的走过来，上了沙发，在我们旁边躺了好一会儿。这十步可能是这
两天他走的最远的一次。
大概昨天开始越来越差，今天是最糟糕的一天，他几乎不动，呼吸困难，我们哭了一下
午，就陪着他，后来他慢慢呼吸越来越不好，肚子越来越大（毫不夸张，几个小时后就
比之前大了好多。。），去了沙盆都是出来就直接趴在沙盆旁边，去喝水也是守着水碗
，把头搁在水碗沿上，胸前的毛全部湿了。他太累了没力气fight了。。
大概傍晚的时候，我们差不多已经做了决定要送他走，不能再让他suffer了，可是真的

我家宝宝5个多月,从差不多3个月的时候一觉从8:30-4:00 or 5:00,有时也能睡整觉,但
发现不能稳定.最近老是半夜2,3点的时候醒来.他以前单独睡大房间比较安静的时候能
睡的长一些,一个月前给换床换房间后开始睡的不太好,有时侯是他一开始哼矶我和老公
就马上就过去看摸他的手然后拍拍,他有时就又睡着了,但一旦3点或4点醒了之后就一定
要抱起来换了尿布喂了奶再睡,你看看我们的作息是不是有什么问题.另外我觉得他白天
吃的太少.所以爷爷奶奶喂的比较勤,怎样让他多吃呢

2. it's okay to get local anesthetics (regular injection) at dentist's

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.

纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤

能好，就想用原系统加装optware来安装samba共享。而且如果还想用my.pogoplug.com
也可以直接用。还没有实验过到底是自带的ntfs驱动快还是ntfs-3g快，就当瞎折腾了
，呵呵。

发帖数: 444 | 37 分娃，我娃还没满月的时候，大概3周吧，就喝960ml+了，我那会儿pump，所以每次喝
多少都记录下来了，后来发现也有一些2周的娃居然就喝900ml+，不过我觉得这么大胃
口的小baby是少数吧。
我之前feeding on schedule，一个月之后就feeding on demand， 没有觉得feeding
on demand就比feeding on schedule好，反之也一样。只不过是自己觉得娃和自己在月
子里都是feeding on schedule比较默契，出了月子后feeding on demand又变得比较默
契。
现在夜里还是起3次-4次喂奶，一直没有加米糊，不是觉得加米糊是错的，只是因为
breastfeeding，没办法把米糊塞进nipple的那些比毫米还细的奶管里，哈哈哈。不过
如果我在还桨奶的话，我会给宝宝夜里加兑米糊，让它睡久一些的。 |

6:00 am - Feed milk or formula, allow baby to sleep in an open room. Raise
the window shades and leave the door ajar if there is no danger of toddler
harming the baby.
9:30 am - Bathe
10:00 am - Feed and put down for nap with door and shades closed. Assure
quite.
2:00 pm - Feed, leaving the room open, and play with baby.
6:00 pm - Feed

先上小宝作息(误差1-2hrs):
6:30am: wake up
7:00am: feed 6oz milk
8:30-10:00am: morning nap
11:00am: feed 6oz milk
1:30-3:30pm: afternoon nap
3:00pm: feed 6oz milk and some rice cereal
第3个nap, 30mintues,时有时无.
7:00pm, bath, feed and try to put to bed.
7:00pm, 爷爷奶奶出去散步.,都是宝爸宝妈哄睡. 过程比较惨烈,小宝都得哭上一会儿.
没有第3个nap的话,晚上7:30-8:00能睡着,爷爷奶奶还没散步回来,不知道小宝哭的惨状
,大家相安无事. 有第3个nap的话, 爷爷奶奶回来, 小宝还在男声独唱. 爷爷奶奶不让
小宝哭,陪他玩到晚上9:00-9:30睡.
10:30pm, dream feed 5oz milk

Feed him/her on demand when hungry. The general guideline for feeding a
newborn is for infants 0-3 weeks: 8-10 feedings daily of 2-3 oz / 60-100 ml
per feeding; for infants 1-4 months: 6-8 feedings daily of 4-5 oz / 125-150
ml per feeding.
他略多一点,不是很多. 他不太规律,有的时候2 oz,也有4 oz的时候,每2-4小时一次吧. |

This is not true. Nipple confuse can happen both way.

No, breast feeding is much more 卫生
It really depends on your case. If you stay at home and there's no
grandparents to help, breast feeding is the best. If you go to work and have
3 months maternity leave, you can breast feed in the first 3 months and
introduce bottle on the 3rd month gradually. So you can pump at work and

这个大家都知道吧。 至于是不是严格3小时喂奶一次，还是睡觉比较重要，
很多人都认为产妇要多睡觉多休息，自然产奶会受影响。
不过产妇休息也的确是重要，产妇垮了，谁照顾孩子啊。：）
