发帖数: 96 | 7 我们实验室很大,老板基本没有空管理。有一个美国学生不怎么来实验室做实验,来了之
后就唧唧歪歪的挑刺显得十分热心实验室管理的样子。他和一个博士后搬到我们这间屋
里以后伙同另外一个博士后一起给同一间房子里的其他人找麻烦。我最近才知道两个博
士后看我不顺眼是因为我工作太努力，给他们压力。他们还嫌弃另外一个工作太不努力
，还有一个太messy, 一个太...., 总之他们的行为是golden standard, 其他人与她们
不一样就是有问题。那两个博士后平时显得比较低调，每次美国学生一来他们就会在一
起嘀嘀咕咕，然后那个美国学生就会冲上前去给那些看着不顺眼的人不好过，我在实验
室工作时间最长，所以总是target。但是靠老板解决问题是基本上不可能的。 那个学
生嘴巧，另外两个博士后工作做得也还可以，老板比较喜欢。 当然老板对我也不错，
这也是让他们不爽的一点。问题是我的生活与他们没有任何相似的地方，所以并不是很
有共同语言，我不可能没事就跟他们去酒吧喝酒，我也不喜欢像他们那样没完没了的抱
怨。
每次实验室有什么事情发生他们的反应就是能不能利用这件事情达到攻击某一个人的目

好的学校的application deadline 已经过了,只有GOLDEN GATE UNIVERSITY还可以试一
下,里面taxation的master program看上去还挺有趣,而且只要读9个月. 但不知这个学
校毕业后就业前景如何.毕竟学校不怎么样。tax program相对而言工作前景好么?没有
什么了解,问题比较多. |

一般一个中等规模的实验室，如果不是很离谱的话，人数大概10到12人吧，当然也随着
经费的情况和本科生的情绪忽多忽少。人员方面：
老板 -- 1
>10年老薄后 -- 1
普通薄猴 -- 1到2人
研究生 -- 3到5人
技术员 -- 1人
本科生 -- 若干
当然啦，每当到组会照相全家福的时候，照片上总是会少这么一两个组内核心成员，然
后多出两三个那种隔壁实验室的或者八竿子扯不上边的人。中国老板尤其喜欢这么干，
死皮厚脸的拽上两个美国本科生，表示自己能招到美国学生。
这个10年老薄厚，往往跟随老板多年，title已经是什么senior researcher之类的恶心
东西了。他往往会充当lab manager的角色，一人之下，10人之上，实验室里屁大点事

Apple Award" for being an "outstanding educator". "Your inspiration, guidance and overall influence
have been greatly appreciated". Also, one student wrote in her thank you note "Thank you for all the good
times I had in your class and for teaching me so much...". "You made a difference in my life". Other teachers
said to me that these kids would not have written to me unless they really meant what they wrote.

有意境的词组合在一起表达感受 beautifully lonely.. and who says loneliness
cannot be sth to be enjoyed, at least for one moment I thought it was better
to be with nobody around.. 夜路很静 脚步声细致到快能听得出心情白天在路上走
总是多注意怎么走 因为人多些 要注意任何方向的任何出现 夜晚走路却会多注意是什
么路 没了光亮少了路人少了四周的嘈杂却更专心眼前的脚下的每一步 边走边想 黑夜
是要比白天有那么些内涵.. 喜欢在黑夜中走路 会关注自己的每一步有时候小心翼翼却
也心平气顺 黑夜中的路 通向的目标显得更清晰些 |
