老板太mean了，他的phd一个个忍气吞声的。我本来是自费读master的，但当时成绩在
所有graduate student里面是最好的，我老板就游说我读phd说他有钱支持我，我想挺

了。和我一届的master的同学都找到了很好的工作，微软，亚麻，谷歌的都有，就连最

而我呢，整天被老板push，说话难听，因为我还算比较能干的，经常出活，出活时我本
来很开心，但从他那里得不到一丝安慰，反倒更加push我。这些我都忍了，但上个星期
因为是圣诞节，我就想向他请几天假和朋友一起出去玩。谁知道他确无名地对我发火，
还扬言要fire我，居然说你要是请假就滚出去不要再回来了。我当时晕了，我操，老子

consuming more, producing more, more services... even you don't need more,
companies will tell you you need this you need that. on smaller scale,
geographically or by sector there can be perpetual declining but as whole it
will grow - will not grow to the eternity but as far as the days I can live

是好事吗？可是偏偏就有家长，要说你们太不淡定了，喝几罐奶粉又有什么了不起的？
我的理解是，她不care她家孩子喝出问题的奶粉，老实说换了我，我可能也让我娃继续
喝这个牌子的奶粉，但是该发出的声音，还是应该说，我让我娃喝，不意味着人家不让
，人家担心自己的娃，就是神经过敏，就是抽风。
我以前生活里真的遇到不少的家长，就是发自内心的觉得，孩子的问题最后都是可以
out grow的，从小时候咬人，到后来抢玩具，再到后来bully别人孩子什么的，他们就
是发自内心的觉得，这些对于孩子来说，不是什么大问题，谁不是这样过来的呢？以前
在国内条件那么差，不比现在更需要担心吗？我也承认，的确有不少孩子out grow了这

1) My son will always be shy and will never be an extrovert. But if 0 means
super shy and 10 is extrovert, you always can improve him from say a natural

vpdn的话里的道理没错，就是太难听。employee有要求grow的权利，而且一个好的
leader也有grow自己手下人的义务。好的leader应该把employee和employer的利益统一
到一起，寻找一个双赢的growth path。作为employee你不能胡乱要求自己为中心的
grow方向，以损害公司利益为代价，公司也不应该胡乱拒绝employee合理的培训请求。
真正聪明的employee会在公司利益和个人利益之间寻找一个双赢的平衡点。当你提要求

specialization.
For example, "herge5" said, "台灣有生產但是很缺的: 黃豆,玉米,咖啡,小麥,大麥.
" I myself grow a few corn stalks for fun as a kid in Taiwan. But Taiwan has
imported cheap soybean, corn and wheat from US and so never bothers growing
them.
Taiwan grows coffee beans, but it is easier to buy hte best varieties from
abroad.

如果你买的龙虾在最理想状态下要10.5年长到4.5lb，如果不是理想状态估计在15年以
上。15年的虾，肉有点老哦，而且多年积累有害物质。
