北京自建城以來經歷過了許多個朝代的變遷，自古以來北京話有過多少變化？如何變化
？從歷史上講，400多年前的明朝末年，從意大利來的傳教士利馬竇曾用羅馬拼音記錄
了大量的當時的北京話，這些記錄至今尚保存著。從利的記錄中可以明白無誤地看出：
當時的北京話是有大量入聲字並且沒有zh、ch、sh等翹舌音的語言。這說明了當時的北
京話不是現在的北京話，也不是現在的普通話，因為無論北京話還是普通話都不具備這
些特徵。同時也說明了北京話和普通話的歷史都超不過400年，400年前的北京話是明朝
的官話（考證為吳語）。

英国广播公司（BBC）、英国每日电讯报（The Daily Telegraph）和英国泰晤士报（The Times）都在今天发表文章对中国男女比例失衡问题表示关注。据中国社科院公布的资料显示，到2020年时，将会有大约2千4百万的中国男性找不到伴侣。
英国广播公司引述社科院报告报道，中国这一人口大国正面临着严重的性别失衡问题，普遍的选择性堕胎则是主要原因。自从超音波扫描技术在上世纪八十年代进入中国以来，选择性堕胎变得十分普遍（extremely common）。
据最新报告显示，中国每100个女婴出生时就有119个男婴出生，而这一比率在某些省分更达到130男婴：100女婴。研究员王广洲（音译：Wang Guangzhou）表示，更多的男性，特别是农村的男性可能将会终生没有伴侣。他说，40岁以上的农村地区男性因年纪大和缺少财产，结婚将极为困难。

from Hankou to Lanzhou, or 'K' train from Guangzhou to Lanzhou, or the' T'
train from Hankou to Urimuch.
There a lot of nice trains from Lanzhou to Zhangye, Jia yu Guan. It is easy
to get tickets from Lanzhou to Lasha. |

下面的论文发表的时间，是中国两种转基因水稻一种转基因玉米“终于”获得安全证书
、并引起全国转基因大辩论的时候：2010年2月。
让我们看一下摘要的简单译文（全文未见）：
“用近红外反射法，气相色谱-质谱法、高效液相色谱法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射
光谱法，并以化学计量法研究三种（分别）可抗霉菌病和抗虫的转基因水稻中重要的营
养物质成分组成（按欧共体标准），发现其营养成分组成和物理性状有非预期改变，其
中蛋白质、三种氨基酸、两种脂肪酸、两种维生素及其他数种（微量）元素出现了非预
期的构成变化。差异幅度：氨基酸20-74%，脂肪酸19-38%，维生素25-57%，（微量）元
素20-50%，蛋白质35%；植酸没有显著变化。相比于非转基因水稻，转基因水稻的营养
成分构成和物理性状的非预期改变，可能与基因的转入有关，阐明变化后的作用需要经
过更多研究。”
需要说明的是：这项研究所用的上述几种方法，全都属于常规分析方法，不是专门检测
转基因成分的高新技术，因此这项研究似乎不是针对转基因成分的（网上尚未见全文）

涉及亚洲敏感国家
2010年年底，维基解密网站曾向《纽约时报》以及其他一些媒体提供了251287份美
国250多个驻外大使馆和领事馆与美国国务院互发的秘密电报，这些媒体在进行公开报
道时，删除了被认为可能遭到报复的消息源的人名。不过由于电报数量巨大，当时只公
开了不到一半。
近日，维基解密网站提出要原封不动地公开所有电报内容，被合作媒体拒绝，于是
从8月30日开始，维基解密在短短几天内就在其网站公开了约13.4万份未经处理的电报
。这批电报所涉及的大多是位于亚洲、与美国关系不睦的国家，其中关于阿富汗的有2
万份，关于巴基斯坦的1.3万份，关于伊朗的3万份，还有少量涉及中国的内容。
