服务。她非常热情，服务也非常得体。当客人问题要什么时，她总是Honey不离口。
Honey，您要点什么好；Honey，你呢？好的，Honey，马上就来。。。。
就餐的一位国内来的男士，看她总是Honey、Honey的，回答的时候也回了一句：谢谢，
Honey。奇怪的是，那女服务员脸上马上露出了不快，沉着脸走了。那以后，好像那服
务员就没有说过Honey了。几个人都感到困惑，问我有什么讲究，我回答答说不知道。
为什么她叫其他人Honey可以，别人叫她她就不高兴了，这是文化还是碰巧那女服务员
为别的事不高兴了？如果是文化，版上有没有对这种文化有所了解的？有什么典故吗？

上周在宾州西南部West Grove的一个蜂场买了一罐raw honey，看上去是偏淡黄色的结
晶，拿回家来俺和LD怎么闻怎么觉得不对头，既没有清香也没有浓香，倒有点像大夏天
里牲口房的味道，据说raw honey是有种独特的气味，应该是因花而异，蜂场的人也没
说他们的蜂群采的是什么花，但俺脚着也不可能是这种使人不快的臭味啊。。。这种气
味是基本令人不敢下口尝的，问蜂场的人也说不知道，叫我寄一点sample过去他们看看。
诚心请教试过的童鞋，这raw honey闻起来到底应该是个啥味道？ |

发帖数: 43926 | 21 这个英文描述的完全就是蜂蜡，根本不是蜂蜜。新鲜蜂蜜是纯液态的，要放一段时间才
结晶。
另外这些号称organic的蜂蜜也基本是扯鸡巴蛋。网上有些吹嘘organic蜂蜜的软文是很
无耻的。
基本上工业蜂蜜和这些raw honey唯一的区别就是要不要中间有个高温灭菌的过程和一
个精细过滤。高温灭菌会杀灭蜂蜜里的酵母和一些酶（蜜蜂产的），精细过滤会滤掉一
些花粉。这些东西当然是好的，但是其实量很小。买raw蜂蜜的目的基本上也就是要得
到没灭活的酶和那些花粉蜂胶之流的东西，而不是为了吃蜂蜡。
而organic 蜂蜜，在今天的世界，估计安第斯山上才有。普通蜜蜂的采蜜范围大概半径
5千米，要想保证蜂蜜是organic，周围5千米内就不能有农药，不能有风把污染物吹过
来，不能有人扔掉的甜饮料（蜜蜂是会采可口可乐的，见过么？哈哈）。这种地方可不
好找啊。

，每天半夜开张，专门为各种开夜车的phd服务……
我顿时被朋友的远大理想感动了，深深地咽了下口水，补充说“我们女生晚上看书是喜
欢吃零嘴的，要不我在你旁边摆个小摊卖honey roasted almond吧……”
说做就做，回来找了方子就开始研究honey roasted almond……
尝试了两种方子，味道都很好，我比较喜欢第二种的

2 cup 杏仁
1/4 cup 糖
1/2 tsp 盐
1 tsp 肉桂粉（可不加）
2 tbsp 蜂蜜
2 tbsp 水
2 tbsp 植物油
把杏仁平摊在烤盘里，350F 12-15分钟（注意别烤过了）
不粘锅里把蜂蜜，水，植物油混合后烧开
把烤好的杏仁倒进锅里搅拌，直到每个杏仁上都均匀地裹上一层蜂蜜
把糖盐，肉桂粉混合后倒进锅里，小火翻炒到杏仁上挂好一层糖浆，摊开冷凉即可

market at point loma 买到了。货架上wild flower的小包装全卖空了。
Local honey 可能对治疗花粉过敏有小。貌似好多人都因为这个买了wild flower的。
