chicago CPS 299 区 所有学校 一个学生拨款少111. 等一等, 别忘了, 在299内部也是
均贫富, 而且更加厉害, 我不是299的, 谁有空查查299的分析, 一般CPS网站就有, 我
随便毛估估, 结果肯定是市区, Lincoln park的学生拨款少400-500, 南边黑墨区增加
100-200, 中国城也算好区, 至少少个100-200. 其他区域分化没这么厉害, 但是86 学
生一个少400/年 拨款, 203 少 560/年

发帖数: 13752 | 16 那是公立和私立的差别。UC Berkeley在公立大学里排第一，但在所有学
校里（公立和私立），要排二十以后了。这里说的是US News的排名。
公立大学招本州学生的比例一般都比较高，这是公立大学的义务。
但公立大学的实力，我个人觉得，比排名表现出来的要更强些。私立大学
的faculty/student比率一般比公立的要低不少，这点上占了不少便宜。
还有一些别的原因。
另外，Illinois的现任州长猛砍高教经费，对UIUC的影响比较大，但对
芝大和西北基本没什么影响。那是很短视的省钱方法，伊州不少好学生因
此到外州去读书，其中一些人以后就不会回伊州了。从长远来说，对伊州
的经济肯定有负面影响。 |

另外，大学的名声和水平有一定的定论。这些数据可以起辅助参考的作用，但如果光看
这些数据，那就本末倒置了。一个普通的学校，再怎么提高数据的表现或解释，也比不
过MIT的。:)

08-09赛季是我们非常失望的一个赛季，这里俺就不回顾了。一回顾就一肚子气。这里用本马甲发一个下赛季的展望，就算是给众电力屋们做绿叶了。过两礼拜就要回去一趟了，一堆破事要处理，不知道有没有功夫写防守篇。
Illinois Football 09-10赛季展望(进攻篇)
先说说四分卫。下赛季果汁肯定还是我们的首发。上赛季其实果汁的进攻数据已经很好了。还在Michigan等三个客场创造了那三个球场的客队QB传球码数记录。不过，他同时也有16个INT，排在101个QB里的第95位。他还被sack一共25次，排第78。他的跑功已经没有Rose Bowl赛季那么犀利了，不过基本是因为薄弱的Oline和门登豪的离去，有孤掌难鸣之苦。他上赛季传球成功率只有60%不到，比Rose Bowl赛季还有点进步。我不认为他能显著提高他阅读防守的水平和传球的准确度；能有些许提高就谢天谢地了。但这都不是最主要的了。只要他能全年不多于10个INT，那我们就有戏。我们的防守已经够落
