我的一个读phd的好友着急找老公结婚，绝对属于上得厅堂，下得厨房的类型。但是我
们这种玉米地中国人特别少，所以不得不放宽标准考虑其他种族的哥哥，目前正犹豫不
决中。
在我的强烈建议下，进入国外交友网站，目前有数个印度人和白人对她示好，但是她还
是想着最好是找国男，大家劝劝她吧。那些人条件都不错的，尤其是一个印度哥哥，要
钱有钱（职业好），要身份有身份（立刻跳出生物火坑），长的也帅，还能生个可爱的
混血宝宝，真不知道她怎么想的，换我早就答应了。其实我觉得广大MM都可以多考虑一
下其他种族的人，一棵树上吊死太对不起自己的生命了。 |

can't find the orginal one. steven roach, the pricinple economist of morgan
stanley has a similar feeling for india's future. when they had trips in
india, they were very very dispointed by indian infrastructure.
from a chinese point of view, i think china and india have own upper hand
and low hand. it is unwise to make an easy conclusion that which one is
better than the other. |

maintain and Indian are cheap. I am going back to C/C++/Assembly. |

This is not true. Java program won't be easy to maintain without sound
engineering practice.
So what if you can write an obscure C application? Indians can become
proficient in C as well. |

With the same level of effort put on conforming enigneering practice,
Java programs turn out much more easier to maintain than C.
No doubt, there are very talented indian eningeers, but the number is small.

来，比同行的印度哥哥还要精通，对小羊肉，老羊肉，还有各色的配菜娓娓道来。
去到Quality Indian就是无意的机缘巧合了。应该是有一次在Copley走了一圈，决定回家
的时候，终于走不动了，跟自己说，下一家饭馆，不论是买什么吃的，都进去。
这家店，算起来，有一半是在街的下面，摆着很闪的橱窗，夜色下面，很有几分俗艳。店
铺是不大的，十几张四人台。整个空间，从门口到最里面，逐渐变亮，到了最里面，居然
是一张八人台，亮亮的照着，曾经见过有一群年轻人，恣意的闹着，和店前面的朦胧互不
打扰，各自占着两个世界。
最先上来的，是薄片的Nam（面包？），最爱的，是配着辣萝卜丁吃，小小一块焦黄色的
脆皮上，满满的堆着红色的小丁，像是一千零一夜的阿拉伯飞毯，潇洒入口。
在这家，吃过很是奇特的一种面包，端上来的时候，像是一个大球，圆鼓鼓的，中间是空
的，真的是在烤的时候，慢慢撑起来的。吃的时候，撕开，就噗嗤的扁下去，开始是软软
的皮，后来凉下一点点，就有点脆脆的味道了。裹上叫上来的主菜，心想这，如果再加根
葱，就回到北方了 |

There are two problems:
1. Too many candidates from one particular country. When diversity is not
kept people don’t integrate, communicate between their culture only, bring
all their relatives, hire only from their country, nothing good. No any
country should get more than 10% of H1B or GC.
2. The way India abuses H1B flooding and even selling applications (what is
against the US law).
