can not enter without membership. The inforcement is absolute (by the exit
officer who you will show the printed receipt to).
Theoretically, the same rule applies to TSA Pre, a benefit of GE, but the
inforcement there is loose and humane. Because it is not related to a
international entry.

inforce 什么的，不知是不是真的。
：另外如果不是很了解的很有能力的律师，别太相信律师，律师大多草包，啥都不会，
就走走程序，主要的法务工作可能还是自己做。这Case也一样，如果对律师并不了解，
建议自己去了解相关法律和程序，在给律师材料时直接给有法律效力的最终诉讼材料。
