世界各地的初夜权叙述，绝大多数存在于文学作品或口头传说中①，缺乏过硬的史
料证据②。苏鲁地区的初夜权资料则极为丰富可靠，充分反映了这一地区的社会状况。

1,羊水穿刺是个比较普遍也比较重要的产检，特别是对大龄产妇。不管书上和网上这样
的信息都很多，随便查查都能查到。作为一个普通的父亲，我不太相信一个有医学背景
有爱心的人在老婆大龄怀孕后还不知道羊水穿刺。八年薄厚越是把自己描述得多爱孩子
，我对他的怀疑就越大。
哪怕八年薄厚真的不知道羊水穿刺，他的医生不跟他提的可能性也很小。八年薄厚去的
医院是当地的大医院，被告中还有和羊水穿刺有关的基因方面的咨询师，我觉得他的医
生没跟他提羊水穿刺的可能性接近零。
再进一步说，医生提了后，八年薄厚不翻译给自己老婆的可能性也几乎是0。八年薄厚
自己是搞基因方面的研究的。如果医生提到一个很重要的检查，甚至找来了基因方面的

20世纪40年代中期，据苏北土地改革工作者调查，“地主对佃户的妻女，可以随意
侮辱、霸占。……甚至有若干地区如宿迁北部，还保留‘初夜权’制度，佃户娶妻，首
先要让地主睏过，然后可以同房”。
世界各地的初夜权叙述，绝大多数存在于文学作品或口头传说中①，缺乏过硬的史
料证据②。苏鲁地区的初夜权资料则极为丰富可靠，充分反映了这一地区的社会状况。
苏北涟水籍的严中平先生生前多次指出，由于中国地区之间差别极大，苏北就存在着初
夜权的现象③。应该说，这一现象源于苏北特殊的社会结构。

华夏(汉)民族地区，初夜权多为民间传说，并且存在较大争议④。郭沫若认为，《
诗经》时代，公子们对平民女子拥有初夜权⑤。有些学者则认为，周代、乃至中国传统
