2015-09-23 柴翀阳 铁人三项之路
北京时间9月23日凌晨，经过中国足协竞赛部主任戚军老师提醒，和好莱坞体育纪录制
片人张燕峰老师查询，以及国内外铁人三项的诸位前辈联络与核实。第一位完成
Ironman Kona比赛的中国人终于被大家发现。
他就是毕业于北京大学1981级化学专业、旅美华人张钒（Fan Zhang）。在1995年参加
并完成了Ironman Kona的比赛，成绩是12:14:48。成为目前有史料记载的第一位完成
Ironman Kona的中国人。
根据张钒先生的口述，当年取得Kona资格的过程，是通过提交了一分全程马拉松的最好
成绩取得的，那时WTC的入选资格还比较开放。当年提交的成绩是克利夫兰马拉松，2小
时57分。凭着一腔热血和一本中国护照，单枪匹马地就冲出了国门。

络报名，估计以后的IMAZ都得提前1年来做志愿者才可能报上了.
这周末举家带娃带狗辛苦开车5个多小时去做志愿者也算值得，报上了2015的IMAZ,
花了将近800大洋，俺明年的主要目标有了，冬训正式开始.

1)Ironman是什么？
这个是FullTilt为了吸引更多常客的一种优惠计划，根据每个月每天获得的FTP points
, 有四种不同的级别：
Iron, 玄铁级
Gold, 黄金级
Silver, 白银级
Bronze, 青铜级
每个级别所需的点数，可以在：
Cashier -> My Promotions -> Ironman Challenge页面下查看，比如最高级玄铁，需
要在一个月中，有25天(不需要连续)，每天达到200点以上。其他级别递减。
2)成为Ironman有什么好处?
对于中小stake，但是比较经常玩的玩家，主要好处有以下几点：
a) 获得mid-year和end-year红利
mid-year计算前6个月，每个级别的红利为$100, $75, $50, $25。比如你在前6个月中
，有3个月达到了ironman任何级别的要求，例如2个月是gold，1个月是bronze，那么你

think they are still trying to work things out with local governments and
everything.

周日我参加了本地的SOMA Half Ironman（1.9km游泳/90km自行车/21.1km跑步），为下
个月的Ironman Arizona热身。最后以总时间6:07:23完赛，分项时间：游泳 49:16，自
行车2:55:11，跑步2:16:57，两个换项加一起6分钟左右

这次有些大意，因为之前参加过的几次比赛都是在这个场地举行的，轻车熟路，觉得不
会出什么问题。出门有点晚，路上耽搁了一下，到了赛场只剩下20分钟左右准备了。我

去年九月，再次志愿者了Ironman Wales，企鹅头脑一热，没有调查研究，直接sign up
了Ironman UK 70.3。同时加入了我们local的triathlon club。因为当时骨折刚刚3个
月，不良于行，于是开始了酱油的骑车训练，直到12月初，太危险作罢。这一搁置，直
到2月底，俱乐部开始组织group ride才又重新启动。同时开始跟Speedo Pace Club的
program练习游泳；还有就是和FIRST Plan开始跑步。
由于跑步没有build base，骑车也很二的push large gear，同时又是伤残初愈，企鹅3
月就受伤了。先是左膝疼，然后是右脚跟（骨折的那支）AT。听了俱乐部教练和Physio
的建议，为了把伤痛的损伤控制到最小，果断趴窝，该停跑停跑，该不骑就不骑。4月
厚着脸皮开始参加俱乐部coached swim session，个人自由泳的水平突飞猛进，由令人
发指的慢，升级为非常非常的慢。。。很后悔没有早参加这些session。游泳这个东西
，闭门造车是效率最低的，无论你看多少书和录像，都没有靠谱教练的一两句点拨来得
