等等的都过了，就等VISA#了吧？
如果这个I-485转到EB-1的140上，应该不需要再做那些check了吧？ |

找议院催绿，2周前得到消息说with an officer. Should get response in 7-14 days.
2周过去 今天收到消息， case is with a judicator, should get response in 30
days.
议院小秘给我解释说 这说明我的case是with a supervisor，是好事情，她觉得我会在
30天内拿到绿卡。
我concern是其实我在找议院之前的SR回来就说我的case with a judicator了，90天以
后会有消息，现在议院问了以后 再过30天我会不会又收到一个notice 说再等30天之
类的呢？
真的无奈了，不知道sb USCIS到底在干什么！ |

发帖数: 376 | 5 议员只是个人感觉，是管他们的头，在政府部门有影响力，我第一次找议员催出来RFE
，RFE以后就确定两个月给答复了，而且议员办事比我想象的有效率很多，他们一般有
专门的人和程序负责这类诉求，而且他们在乎本地区人民的选票。
T2跟你通电话的一班都是officer，我的经验是他不一定是你的case的officer但是能确
保他review一下你的case到哪个阶段了，如果是under review 或者 being judicated,
恭喜你，就快了，如果是" in a queue waiting to be judicated ", 那就赶紧催，
上sr吧。再多的的信息他们也不会告诉你。

都没标那条路。
你用google map可以看到，从nobel上开到judical后，有一片绿色的north university
community branch library，就从judical拐进去，直接进最左道，在你能进去的第一
个口子左转，那条路没有岔路，一直开就看到图书馆了。 |

ginseng. Specifically, attempt to export a CITES plant without the required
CITES export permit.
还说怀疑我有商业用途。也许是因为我写的是朋友工作单位的地址？？然后告诉我我可
以做的是：
1. abandon，填个abandon form 然后政府就没收我的西洋参

我打过3次，有一次IO 说类似的，其他IO 都说不存在所谓的已经pre了，具体都按规定
来。
还有你acceptance，基本又属于打回 原始架子上面状态。
一大堆12月1月的都在initial review中。 |

delay for my I-485.

发帖数: 669 | 40 我觉得对于主申请人来说，用EAD工作和用AP回国都是一样的，都会自动activate 你的
AOS身份，因为这两者都是485pending的benefits。副申请人无所谓，只要主申请人没
有犯什么错误，副申请人应该就是打酱油的。而这个AOS activation 过程并不是说，
你在HR用EAD注册了，或者在机场用AP入关了，移民局那里立马铃声大作，然后告知你
AOS身份激活，我觉得这个activate的过程是到最后要发卡的时候，judicator发卡前检
查的东西。如果人家发现主申请人在485pending的180天之内用AP入关，那么在你入关
那天，legally就被categorized成为AOS身份了，如果在那之前主申请人又换了工作，
没有重办PERM，人家发了RFE，你没有办法justify，我觉得绿卡还是会挂了。
之前有朋友说AP跟这个不相关，我希望能看到这方面的条文，或者律师解释。
