lease是去年11月14号签的，签了半年，5月12号到期。
房租的情况是，如果签半年每个月2874，一年的房租是每个月2425。所以现在准备签一
年。房租什么的都是平分，你住卧室，我住客厅。
apartment在31楼，风景很好。室友3月23号那个周末走，所以那个周末就可以住进来，
室友会留一些基本家具。
楼下就是path站，一站到wtc，30多分钟到34街，很方便。我也有一辆车，可以一起买
买菜什么的。
本人本科刚毕业，在这边工作，欢迎有诚意的朋友来看房。

got MUCH better rates than our friends who use other insurance companies
like Farmers or Liberty Mutual. Many of them since switched to Ameriprise.
Are you a COSTCO member? I think there is some discount if you do it through
COSTCO.
