较低.如果实在没其他选择,又闲着可以去.
另外IRS还有个志愿者的报税培训项目,也培训,估计写在简历里和前两个的作用差不多. |

生,个别硕士生也会被邀请参加面试。公司内部很多部门如actuarial, marketing
analytics, claims, distribution, product都参与，是很不错的机会。今年招8到12
个人，大概1/3到1/2的人会根据实习表现，收到return offer。return offer并不一定
要求回原来实习的组工作，可以有机会让自己的经验更diverse一些。面试二月初开始
，四月底五月初结束。
明年有可能还会推出专门面向硕士生的实习项目。 |

去年的好莱坞电影《律政俏佳人》，哈佛法学院新生的第一堂课上，女教授（好莱坞电
影里的教授和法官，女性和黑人越来越多，女黑人尤其成为首选的角色形象，这种“政
治正确”的做法与我们将要谈论的社会正义观大有联系）在黑板上写下一句名言。一句
来自亚里斯多德的名言：
Law is the reason free from passion （法律是远离激情的理性）。
远离激情，在某种程度上就是远离正义。犹如经济学家说我们不讲道德。“不讲”
的含义是不谈论，而非“不讲卫生”之“不讲”。那么法学家亦是不讲正义的。法学家
谈论“权利”（right）,而不谈论正义（Justice），甚至只谈论一种自由（liberty）
，而不谈论另一种自由（freedom）。
不谈论的意思，用孔子的话说，是认为如此这般，便自然“直在其中”了。
另一部美国电影《勇敢的心》末尾，苏格兰独立运动领袖华莱士在刑场上忍住凌迟

第一，Democracy选票从来就不是每张票的weight相同。就拿你的国家，民主的标准国
，美国做个例子。美国的总统选举是选举人票制度，获得270票以上为总统。而选举人
票是按州参众两院议员人数定的，从来不是按一人一票。如果把选举人票摊到人头上，
加州是平均76万人一票，德州是72万人一票，罗德岛是52万人一票。76万人一票和52万
人一票的weight相同在哪里？你所谓的每张“Democracy就是一人一票，每张票的
weight相同“是不是纯属扯你自己的蛋？这种一人一票weight相同的傻逼逻辑，小布什
和戈尔竞选时你已经看到一次，戈尔个人选票胜出小布，但输了选举人票，所以落选。
一人一票的weight相同，相同在哪里？
