各个大麻合法州的大麻价格走势都一样，一开始因为合法库存短缺变得很贵，随后随
着产量上来，价格一路走低。本来大麻也容易生产，完全放开后价格应该是一磅五十几
块。可是现在是一磅一千五，最高时期一磅五千。
按比例收一个销售税的几个州开始麻烦了，收到的税越来越少。要达到一个稳定的税收
总额
，只能靠增大大麻产量。可是大麻产量增加的话，就有别的隐形支出，如车祸。
两个州的大麻税收政策值得借鉴，阿拉斯加是按大麻重量，加州是销售税按售价比例和
种植税按大麻重量。
老王按：这种大麻政策就凸显了保守派理念里的地方自治的可贵，让某些州的人民自己
决定一条道路走走看，别的州在追随的时候可以获得经验教训。
